“I've been using this for several years and find it indispensable. I blend it in a smoothie with almond milk, banana, blueberries and flaxseed oil. It makes a great breakfast!”

“Body Ecology is saving my life. The only thing with the kefir starter is I get nervous whether it is ready to drink or gone bad (because the taste is sour). I especially get nervous when I'm re-using the packets. Besides this, no complaints! The supergreen mix is good with some added stevia. Excited to heal.”

“1 capsule per meal doesn't work. But 2 caps per meal does work. 2 CAPS at 3 times a day is 6 caps. so the dosage is 2 bottles to get 180 capsules per month. 1 bottle is $40, 2 bottles is $80 for 1 month. this product for it to work is VERY EXPENSIVE.”
