Very easy to use to make kefir from high quality organic grass fed milk. I use the ezyogurt maker and simply add packet to milk in a large mason jar. Plug in yogurt maker sleeve and wrap around the jar. It’s ready in the AM. Saving some kefir from that batch can make 7 more batches from one packet.
