“The worst company I have ever dealt with in my life Ordered product with express postage, expecting delivery in one to two days. Four days later still no arrival. Australia Post tracking says still sitting in Sydney. Tried to use website Order Status link- doesn’t work Rang customer service- unavailable Finally received a call back from company, said a “bug” in the system when ordering prevented express postage being applied, sent the product with standard shipping. Absolutely disgusting, extremely angry and disappointed. Needed the product for post-surgery and now have to go without. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!”

Hi, as mentioned we are extremely sorry for this. Wish there is something we can do beside refunding the $5 Express Post charge (processed earlier) but the damage has been done unfortunately. We fixed the issue within 24 hours but your order had already been dispatched by then so we could not change the speed of delivery. As you may see from our other reviews that this is a rarity for us and an exception. Should you find the support useful and wish to purchase another one I'll happily organize a considerable discount to win back your trust. Thanks,

“This was my second purchase of a McDavid brace and this time I elected the crossover strap version to provides extra support for right knee following ACL surgery several years ago. In addition the same knee also has significant amount of arthritis as well, so after a weekend of downhill skiing wearing McDavid braces on both knees I pleasantly surprised that I had no knee soreness at all and felt confident with overall stability all weekend despite some challenging terrain, I'd recommend these braces to anybody looking for a comfortable and supportive brace to consider these, great quality and easily worn under ski gear.”

“Socks I bought were very comfortable and have helped my arthritic condition I thought the first pair were a bit tight after going back and checking the box it turns out I had been sent one medium And one large pair I had ordered 2 large!! I didn’t send them back because I had worn them but your order / picking/ dispatch process could work a little better for $45 socks!”

“I initially ordered the medium size compression socks- which were too tight, then the large - still too tight & has caused more problems than they solved - at side nearest toes - affected the bone. I have narrow delicate feet.”
