“I ordered one of your elbow braces unfortunately I ordered the wrong size it looks like it is very good quality. I am very happy that you are exchanging it at no cost to me. But I am NOT HAPPY with the way Australia post delivery it. I paid for express shipping which was supposed to take 2 business days but unfortunately they sent it from Sydney to Melbourne airport then to sunshine West Vic back to Melbourne airport then to Brisbane 🤔 then back to Melbourne airport and Sunshine West then finally to my address it took about 8 days and I haven't had a Explanation why yet”

Hello Nathan! Thank you for your feedback. We're glad that you are happy with the Donjoy Performance Bionic Elbow Brace II and our returns process. However, unfortunately, as for what happened with your shipment, all we know is what the Auspost tracking page shows, which isn't accurate and doesn't update often enough. We also do not know why it’s in Brisbane and that it’s definitely strange. The only party that knows is Australia post. We tried to lodge a case with Australia Post but it won't let us because we can only enquire about a late or missing item after the expected delivery date. We have already issued a refund for the Express Post shipping on the 3rd day that it shows not yet delivered. We aim to keep our customers happy and satisfied. Thank you!
