“I like it that from the moment I purchase to delivery everything is fast and I get to know what is happening from order to delivery thru email notices. The online web chat is also useful for asking questions that you might have and the reply from the customer service was prompt and friendly.”

“Extremely pleasant shopping experience with Body Heal. They exceeded my expectations when I had to return a product as it was too big. They didn't have the item I ordered in an XS (after confirming they did) so to compensate for their error, they supplied me with a more expensive brand in XS for no extra cost. The McDavid Knee & Elbow Protection Pads 6440 and the Mueller Shokk Knee Pads 5460X I ordered are fantastic, great quality products. The service I received was outstanding and delivery was very quick.”
