“My order was shipped very quickly and arrived at the beginning of the time frame stated. The only negative comment I could make is that the description on the item I purchased didn't say that the item could be used on either thumb and that one size fits all. As I needed the brace for right thumb I went on the photo on web site. Might be helpful to include those details on product's description on web site..”
