Hi! We sincerely apologize for the trouble and delay this has caused you. As you may remember the wrong address came through incorrectly because of your PayPal account. Your order was dispatched promptly on September 22, 2020, and was onboard for delivery on the 24th of September to the incorrect address. Your parcel was redirected twice and please note that as per Australia Post when a parcel gets redirected it can cause delays. https://auspost.com.au/receiving/manage-deliveries-in-transit/redirect-parcels-in-transit. Aside from that Australia Post is suffering from congestion in its network due to COVID-19 and facing issues delivering parcels in Victoria due to the restrictions over there. We are so sorry that you are experiencing this as there is only so much we can do in situations like this as we are still dispatching orders promptly and accurately every business day which was the case with your order. In the meantime, we will be lodging an investigation shortly with AusPost and be in touch with you. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
