“Most awful company I have ever worked with. The quality of their items was cheap and when trying to return the item I had multiple issues. I attempted to call the number on their website but it always disconnected me saying that all lines were busy. When I sent not only one but two emails they were inconclusive and unhelpful. I do not recommend ordering anything from this company!”
“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I saw a dress I was really excited about from my upcoming vacation. I ended up buying 2 dresses and only received one. I reached out to the company to ask for the dress, they were willing to give me a "voucher" in which I asked them to just send the missing dress. They would so I asked for a refund which they also would not do. There was NO way I was going to put my credit card information in that company again. I am not one to put reviews but this company should NOT RIP PEOPLE OFF. Please save your self the trouble, the dress I did get is cheap and crappy material. Nothing like the picture.”
“Guys, STAY AWAY. I'm actually not even mad at the horrible dresses I received. They are sooo bad that it's actually hilarious. I seriously need to submit my photos to one of those "online shopping expectations vs reality". The dresses are NOT the same as the photos. I'm pretty sure the company has workers somewhere in Asia that put together the dresses based on photos they find on the internet from other online stores. In fact, the dress I ordered called "Feel my Heat" is the exact same one they show on Walmart's page but it's called "A Blue Man Summer Dress". Oh, and not mention the fabric they use is of horrible quality. As in, you can see my tattoos underneath horrible. The other one I ordered was completely different than the one advertised on the photo. AND it had the shoulder straps sewn on the wrong way, with the stitches showing through! WTF? Seriously. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! This was the worst $70 I spent but at least I got a good laugh out of it cause I look like a potato in a sack with one of them and a potato in a sack with flowers in the other. Hahahah!”
“Horrible company. There is no return policy like they tell you there is. Products take forever to come(8weeks) and comes with no invoice or proof of purchase or return info. It's up to you to research on the internet and try an find it. And when you do,they dont answer you. Their return policy is only 15 days so they deliberately ignore you so your time is up. Their clothing is if material you would never put on your body and looks nothing like the picture! Very poor quality. And if you dont listen to my advice and order from them,use American Express. I used my Bank of America Vis card to dispute my order and they totally stood behind this company even tho they admitted it was wrong and unfair but they were standing by a law. Total BS! I don't know that American Express for sure would have done any better I just know in the past they've always stood behind any dispute I had ever made. I regret not using them because of a lower interest rate but I am canceling my Bank of America Visa due to this experience. Please warn your friends and family about this company. Their pictures on their website look beautiful ut it's not what you get,in my experience with them.”
“I was wrong on my last review. The return policy is only 15 days,not 30 days like I originally wrote. They deliberately do not answer you in time so that this time has passed and they cannot refund you. It's a scam and a horrible company do not buy and if you do it's your own fault! poor, poor quality of clothing. looks nothing like what they advertise. “I would give them a no star,not even a 1 if it was a option. Horrible return policy....oh wait,there is no return policy!! As a consumer you have no rights. Whatever you order and whatever you get , you are stuck with. I even disputed with my credit card and they stood by this horrible company. So I will be canceling my credit card,which was Bank of America as well. I suggest if you insist on ordering from this company that you keep that in mind and use an American Express card because they are usually best at Disputing charges. I do not recommend that you order from this company because of this and the quality of their items is total trash and is not how it looks in the pictures. It comes from China with no paperwork or in voice and no return information. If you email them they deliberately take their time to get back to you so that their 30 day policy is up and then they turn around and tell you it's too late. And their return policy is total BS! It's a shame that these credit card companies don't stand behind the consumer and allow this to happen.”

“Absolutely terrible quality products and service that took over a month to arrive. I tried to return and they say you cannot refund sale items (all their products are on sale) and offered me all different kinds of other dresses instead of any money back. You have to pay for returns which even if I send I'm doubtful I'll receive a full refund so its probably not worth it. The worst experience I've ever had with ordering online and customer service. It also took the items a month and a half to get to me since they come from some place in China I can’t even read on the delivery label even though the address listed online is in Michigan. It would cost me nearly the entire cost of the product to return these items to China so I guess I get to eat the cost as well. Would not recommend one bit”
“Horrible experience start to bottom. Bought 3 dresses 1 necklace. Necklace never made it. Sent 10 emails no one replied back on this. The dresses came VERY DIFFERENT from the picture from material to cutting to everything. One which is advertised as cotton flowy is made out of the same thing they make rain coats. Kid you not, worst onljne shopping. Refusing to refund me trying to get me to ORDER MORE (for free) but I pay the shipping which mounts up to be more than the dresses I paid for. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCTS.”
