Never. NEVER USE BOOHOOMAN. Use ASOS instead, at least you’ll get your items. The reviews are true, BoohooMan is the worst online boutique I’ve ever used. Ever since Covid I’ve almost exclusively used online shopping and I even receive my items with EBay. This Christmas holiday I bought $650 worth of items/clothing, and the package that arrived at my doorstep only contained 2 pairs of shoes. 2 pairs of shoes for $650. I’ve contacted customer service at least 15 times via email. You can only reach them via email because they have no other customer service. And then the customer service only responds after 4-5 days so do t expect any timely responses. And then they only use digital information and never do any further investigation. If your package says delivered no matter what is missing, that’s all that you get. Biggest cash money sink ever, you’re better off taking your money and going to the casino. At least you have a chance of getting your money back. Horrible customer service, never use Boohoo

Horrible - avoid at all costs. I purchased something and then happened to notice their track record with labor exploitation. They don't let you cancel orders and don't have a phone number. I was told I could return my item. It finally arrived, and the returns portal doesn't even work. Multiple browsers won't let me access it -- "certificate expired for ~300 days." No one has returned my email from 3 days ago. How is literally everything wrong with this company?

Disgusting service, never received item I payed for due to them losing it, when I asked for my refund they told me to wait and wait and basically refused to give me my money back, disgusting how companies like this can just steal money from you and get away with it, still yet to receive my money back, DONT SHOP HERE

I'm still waiting for an item ordered 11/26/2021. No update on order since 12/16. I would never ordered if I knew they were using USPS. Make sure to pay $15 for shipping for any hope of getting your item.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a few things from here in November, ordered everything in a large for a Christmas present. 90% of the order was wrong sizes. I ordered a tracksuit in a large and they sent the top in a large and the bottoms in an extra small. They also sent an xl in one of the shirts. I got 1 item that was the correct size. Then they have horrible ways to contact them. Told them I wanted to send back the wrong sizes and be sent back the correct sizes. They keep talking about a refund after I’ve told them I don’t want it I just want the correct size. I sent the items back and now they’re telling me it could take 14 days for the refund to process, so now the gifts I ordered IN TIME for Christmas will not be here. Will never order anything from them again.

This order is taking forever, supposed to come in 8-10 buisness days, and it’s been 3 weeks now. Service is horrendous, they make it harder than it’s meant to be to contact support. Can’t track your packages easily either. Explains why you can’t see the reviews unless you search for them. Hoping the quality will be worth it.

I ordered $200.00 worth of clothes for Christmas gifts on 12/1/21. It was supposed to arrive no later than 12/13/21 as of to date I haven't received my order. The tracking no. doesn't show any history. I can't get a hold of anyone who can help me.

Ordered a Christmas jumper paid next day delivery , which I needed for a party then because it didn’t arrive had to go and buy one ,the jumper still hasn’t arrived I been in touch with them for a refund and they want me now to wait until the 18th dec unsure why they think that’s ok and that I should just wait .to me this is really bad customer services and they are trying as hard as they can not to refund me . If they are having problems with there delivery company they need to sort that out with them they choose to use them the customer shouldn’t get punished for it .

Awful quality overalls. The pictures on the site show Dickie's brand, and I received something like a halloween costume quality. Then when I tried to return, I was given a ton of push back from customer service, and they didn't refund me the entire total either, even though I had to pay for the shipping to return it. I lost $25 dollars, and got a headache. Go to a different store...

I ordered a little over $300 dollars of clothes. (I bought express shipping) The package was “split in two orders”. One package arrived just fine. However, the other package was “rescheduled” exactly 4 times. The last reschedule date was a week ago… have not seen the package since. (half my order gone). I read reviews prior thinking it wouldn’t happen to me but YES this is real and can happen to you allowing for wasted money. I wouldn’t advise ordering from this site if you want to receive all your clothes.

I ordered $500 worth of clothes I received a saying items would get delivered November 24 never received the package & it has not been updated every since to let me know my delivery date it just say label created over a week now no updates & I also emailed them & have not got a response bad customer service I would never order here again.

Horrible company. If I could rate 0 stars I would. You don't know how good I felt after taking these horrible sweatpants off and putting on my Hollister ones. The quality is horrible and is not worth it AT ALL. I don’t know who put these good reviews but wow, worst products ever. Made my skin rash and very irritated.

I urge anyone who is thinking of buying clothes from this company, do not! Go somewhere else! I bought a coat on Thursday 18th of November, paid for it to be delivered within five days. Today is the 25th of November and I still haven't received anything. I complained, and now they are asking me to wait until the 8th of December for the courier to deliver it, or for them to refund me if the courier doesn't deliver the item I bought. To put this into perspective, they are blaming the courier because they do not want to give me back my money. To refuse to give someone back their money, isn't that the same as stealing, or am I wrong? I got a bad feeling about this company when I made my purchase, and now this feeling has turned into anger and stress. It was my fault really, I should've read the reviews. A couple of people had put stuff up about their horrible delivery service. I should've known this would've happened. I could blame myself as much as I want, but the fact remains, I wanted a coat, now I have to fork out more money to get one. If I was able to get refunded, it would've made my life a bit easier, but crocks come in all different forms. These are the ones who stick posters up everywhere. Stay clear I warn you. Stay well clear of these lot.

I ordered some stuff from the website but the quality was so poor and all the stuff was largely oversized. Nothing had fitted me so want to return the stuff they had advertised free returns but nonsense I paid so much to give the order back the customer service is a joke
