“I ordered on 06/04/2022 I received a email from UPS about a $25 shipping fee that’s owed on the order funny thing is I paid the shipping fee on boohooMAN when I placed the order, I reached out to customer service they advised me to pay it and they’ll reimburse me well, as I’m reading similar reviews they don’t actually reimburse you for the $25 “brokerage fee” that you pay so if you purchase from this website be prepared to pay for shipping through their website and the additional $25 that UPS charge. I definitely don’t recommend this company they are NOT truthful nor are they reliable extreme lack of integrity with this company SHOP ELSEWHERE!”
“Bought a onsie, it came with a faulty zip. Wrote them an email, they replied wanting a video, I couldn't attach the file because it was too big, they asked me to send it on messenger, I sent it, no reply. I sent them another email letting them know I'd sent the video to messenger then got a stupid response telling me they were sorry there was a fault with the item if I could please send a video. Wtf 6 emails back and forth only to come full circle, what a waste of my time and money. I will never order from here again, cheap bad quality products even worse customer service.”

“Awful experience, they allegedly dumped the order at my doorstep (exposed to loads of people) whilst I was away with work. Then proceeded to make me check with all 11 of my neighbours (embarrassing) at there forced request, despite informing them that all the neighbours knock on when they take in a parcel for another apartment. Done that for last 12 years. Yet it's somehow special for BoohooMan
They thought it was acceptable for Royal Mail to doorstep the parcel, if it ever happened at all. I actually had to dispute that this is not acceptable or in fact the actual process.
I put in a complaint and they try to make you feel like a criminal for it. Then in the final email they agree to replace the order they dumped somewhere at no extra cost to me, oh lucky me. Thank you very much for fulfilling my order I paid for at the price agreed and not charging me extra.
It's been painful, prolonged, unfriendly, embarrassing bordering on hostile, frustrating and an all round bad experience. Made me feel very angry the whole process.
I now know why they call it BooHoo because it makes you cry. Next time I will just ask for a kick in the balls instead of ordering from BooHoo.
Had to email the CEO of the company to sort it out, due to the design of the website being purposely hard for people to complain.

I am entering the exact information on my card into the payment element and each time I get the same error message that says, "Payment details in the order element are incorrect, please choose a different Payment Method or try again later". I just used the same card I'm trying to pay with on a different site and had no issue. This happened on their site and app.”
“Not good quality and the company has been pretty poor too. I’ve ordered a few things from boohooman however I won’t be anymore. Firstly I ordered some joggers in a 2 pack in the same size however I was sent 2 completely different sizes (happenned twice) I then ordered some new ones and it didn’t take long at all for them both to rip just from me putting them on. Just as I was pulling them up they would tear in multiple places. The joggers that did fit were black for all of 2 washes until they turned brown. I ordered a t shirt too however that stretched around the neck and now is all loose and the elastic has snapped. Overall I have experienced either poor quality or have been sent the wrong orders so I have had to stop ordering from there. In all fairness however with the faulty items the staff in customer service have been very helpful with returning emails, sorting refunds etc.”
“Where do I begin. Ordered a size 5x vest but was sent a size large. The label said 5x but the tag said large. When I reached out to them they said for me to send it back and they would reimburse me for the costs. That in and of itself is a red flag. The clothes themselves, a shirt and two pairs of shorts, run extremely small. Ordered a 5x in all but they are not true to size. Shirt material is very thin. I do not recommend this company.”
“Ordered a slim fit white turtle neck. Firstly, the material is paper thin, you can even see a white shirt through the jumper. Second, it’s not white but more of a cream colour. Third, it’s way too tight for a medium, I can barely get my head through it. Shocking, never ordering from them again. Only ordered in the first place because I had a discount code.”
