“IF You want to get angry and frustrated super easily - purchase at BOOHOOMAN! I made a purchase and it never arrived at my location- I had to contact them for a refund that is still pending! I contacted them 2 weeks after for a copy of the refund - in this manner I can verify with my bank but the WhatsApp (the only way of communicating with them) is not helpful. USE your money and time elsewhere”

“Okay so I love their clothes! So this review is no way in connection to their actual clothing items. But with that being said, This review is specifically for their Customer Service. I was going to Miami for the weekend, and ordered my clothes. For some reason my packages shipped in 2 orders separately. I was like okay whatever. But time kept trying closer and next thing I know it was 15 days later, and STILL! No delivery. So the day before my trip I managed to only receive 1 Package. I contacted them and asked why would my packages be shipped at the same time & I only get one of them? Of course they didn’t help. Just fed me some BS automated line. So sadly I went on vacation with only 1 package of clothes I had planned to wear. My parents ended up bringing down the 2nd package. And when I opened it up, I had a sweat shirt in there that was supposed to Small, but it came in XXL! I certainly do not wear that size. And pleaded with them to just send me a small or just give me a $6 credit towards my next order. But they insisted they could not do that. They said I would have to go down to the Shipment store (I don’t even have a car), get them to ship it out for me, Pay for it, and then they would refund me my $6. I laughed at them because I’m not doing all of that for a $6 Sweat Shirt. It’s not good business or good customer service. I have ordered from them several times because, I definitely don’t deserve the BS they are trying to feed me. You are supposed to make your customers happy and satisfied so they keep coming back. All I have to say is, DO BETTER!!!”

“i honestly wish i could give them a zero. the pockets are like 2 inches deep. the crotch is extremely small and it digs into my testicles and the zipper isn’t a zipper; it’s 3 extra buttons. DONT BUY FROM THESE IDIOTS”

“My partner has ordered from them twice now the first order took over 4 weeks to get here and paid for express when we received the order we were missing a XL duo hoodie pack and we got a black L hoodie and when complained to customer service we had to pay for shipping to send it back even thought It was there mistake. Today was our second time ordering didn’t pay for express came in 2 weeks and sAGAIN ordered two XL white hoodies what we got was a MEDIUM hoodie that was labelled large and then the was just a large. Honestly who the hell is running this hole”

“I have purchased from this company numerous of times and I’ve had to send some items back. Unfortunately, I have not received my refund on items that clearly show they have received back. I have to now result to disputing the charges with my card company. In addition, I never get reply’s back from their customer services regarding the status of my refund.”

“I emailed them four times and got NO answer. This was a couple of months ago. I never heard a thing. I paid for EXPRESS shipping with my money and they did not get here in that promised timeframe. I was nice and understood that delays happen BUT I wanted my money back that I paid for express shipping. They got to keep my money and never answer me. And their products shrink like CRAZY. never ordering again bc that’s ridiculous.”

“I order from this company 4 weeks ago I still have not received my package.I have text them on Twitter and left a email which they have not responded to none.I’m done wit ordering from here I wish I knew this would happen I wouldn’t waste my money with them.Don’t spend money on boohooman.I’m going to say it again don’t spend your money on this company I feel like it needs to be shut down.NEVER AGAIN”

“absolutely horrific, bought a co-ord shirt and shorts, model wore a medium at 6'1, i am 6'1 and bought a medium, shirt looked nothing like the model, the breast pocket was more like a belly pocket and the shirt length came down to my knees like a dress. Exchanged for a small and still had the exact same issue. (I am a med-larg in all clothes from reputable stores). Quality was also absolutely horrific, gave it to the dog to destroy then threw it in the bin. Moral of the story - buy cheap, buy twice.”

“This store is not good. You can see famous celebrities doing collabs with them but this doesn’t insure quality, I thought that if a celebrity did a collab with them they should be good. No never buying from here again. Quality is worse than a 2 year old used pants that u can find in a thrift store. Shirts are good I’ll say that. But never buy shorts, pants or jeans. Very disappointed honestly”

“Do not! I repeat… DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. It take as least 10 days, after original delivery date, for your shipment to come…if it actually comes. Customer service is terrible! If your package is lost THEIR company has to file a claim, not FedEx,Ups, or any other delivery company.”

“Never order from this company I ordered June 18 and it’s now July 10 and customer service says they can’t do anything about it and keeps pushing back the arrival date. Worst company on the planet, do not order! Only giving 1 star because I have to”
