“I order from this company 4 weeks ago I still have not received my package.I have text them on Twitter and left a email which they have not responded to none.I’m done wit ordering from here I wish I knew this would happen I wouldn’t waste my money with them.Don’t spend money on boohooman.I’m going to say it again don’t spend your money on this company I feel like it needs to be shut down.NEVER AGAIN”

“absolutely horrific, bought a co-ord shirt and shorts, model wore a medium at 6'1, i am 6'1 and bought a medium, shirt looked nothing like the model, the breast pocket was more like a belly pocket and the shirt length came down to my knees like a dress. Exchanged for a small and still had the exact same issue. (I am a med-larg in all clothes from reputable stores). Quality was also absolutely horrific, gave it to the dog to destroy then threw it in the bin. Moral of the story - buy cheap, buy twice.”

“This store is not good. You can see famous celebrities doing collabs with them but this doesn’t insure quality, I thought that if a celebrity did a collab with them they should be good. No never buying from here again. Quality is worse than a 2 year old used pants that u can find in a thrift store. Shirts are good I’ll say that. But never buy shorts, pants or jeans. Very disappointed honestly”

“Do not! I repeat… DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. It take as least 10 days, after original delivery date, for your shipment to come…if it actually comes. Customer service is terrible! If your package is lost THEIR company has to file a claim, not FedEx,Ups, or any other delivery company.”

“Boohooman quality and sizing is really off. And you have to pay $15 for shipping, and then another $15 to return it. I really suggest you find the piece of clothing somewhere else, because clothing that lasts is far better.”

“Never order from this company I ordered June 18 and it’s now July 10 and customer service says they can’t do anything about it and keeps pushing back the arrival date. Worst company on the planet, do not order! Only giving 1 star because I have to”

“Terrible customer service. First there’s no number or email to contact. You can only contact them through virtual assistant. I ordered a few items after 3 weeks past I still have not received my order. I contacted them and told them they said I have to wait a few more weeks until they can do something. I contacted them today which has been over a month since I originally placed an order just for them to tell me they will give me a refund. They did not offer any accommodation the whole month I was waiting. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. ABORT! ABORT! ABORT!”

“By far the worst sizing I’ve seen from any clothing brand. You’ll have to order 2 sizes up for clothes to fit if you wear a medium anywhere else. Only thing good is the delivery time but the product is garbage.”

“This company SUCKS. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They trick you into choosing the “discounted” shipping just to give you the normal 8 day shipping. Their clothes come with bugs and maggots encased in the plastic. DO NOT BUY WORST COMPANY EVER”

“Delivery estimates are completely off, express or standard it doesn't matter.. FYI Express shipping is 2 weeks for Australia NOT 1-4 days as stated. Don't bother, h&m is cheaper and sells better clothes.”
