“terrible quality spent $130 and 3 out of 8 items actually were good. Tried to contact for a refund but terrible customer service and theres a $15 return fee”

“The sizes are about 3 sizes smaller that what you should expect. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don’t expect to talk to a living human being and if you do it will only be over chat and they won’t help you. If you try to return anything the site will tell you that there’s something wrong with your card until the return date has expired. When there is nothing wrong with your card, then you’ll spend 30 minutes on the phone with your credit card company trying to figure out what’s wrong with your card only to find out there’s nothing wrong and the company is just trying to make it so you can’t return your package. CROOKED COMPANY AND HORRIBLE CLOTHING”

“Junk don’t waste your time. Useless they send you wrong sizes and incorrect items just to get the order out. Then it’s almost impossible to get it sorted out. Then when you do get the clothes it’s as if they are disposable after one use.”

“My clothes went pilled after being washed once. The colour ran from a couple of them to. The customer service through twitter blamed me for the cloths going so badly as they did they said it was wear and tear , I've had them for a month . What wear and tear! I ordered cloths from them before made from the same material and it was fine ! The quality of the clothing must have gone down hill badly . Wont be ordering from them again . Terrible .”

“I wish I could give a negative five star review. I ordered my clothes on the 7th of May and today is May 20th and my package is still in Saddlebrook, NJ. I selected the 8 business day delivery and it said to be expected by or before the 18th of May. I’ve contacted FedEx because I thought maybe it was a delay on their end but no. BoohooMAN created a label for my package but never shipped it out. I wish I read the reviews on this company before ordering or I would’ve spent the hundred dollars somewhere else. The customer service is terrible. I reached out to boohooman and they kept telling me that my package will arrive at a later date. First the 18th, then the 19th, then the 20th (no package has come yet and no updates from FedEx saying it’s been shipped out). This is the worst experience I’ve ever had and I will never shop there again. I don’t see how they’re getting 5 stars from some people... they’re probably paying folks to give good reviews. I feel like I’ve been robbed for my money. How is this company still in business???”

“Today is may 10th I ordered my stuff on april 29th it says 7 days standard delivery. I am okay with a couple days up or down if for sure know my order is arriving. I live in vancouver my order says it has arrived in canada on the 4th and had cleared customs i havent received any other lead after that it has last been updated on the 4th and thats all i know. And boohoo doesn’t even have a proper communication like asos or any of those. So fellas i have been scammed $100 down the drain never buying from here again. Thank you”
