“Order didn’t come. It’s been about a month since they claim they made a refund to my account and I still haven’t received the money. This company is a complete SCAM!!!!”

“Quality is really poor. I’m gutted that TopMan is to become part of this brand. I know it’s fast fashion but I think their clothing range is more for kids. The men’s tracksuits look nasty.”

“I ordered 1 tracksuit from boohoo man and it has been over 2 weeks and I have still not received my order. I talked with their customer service and they continuously tell me to wait one more week to see if it comes in, after I've been waiting for over 16 days!! They refuse to resend one and give me my money back. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BOOHOOMAN YOU WILL HAVE A ROUGH TIME, they are sloppy business and unprofessional. I was starting to think they were scamming me. They have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Save yourself the trouble honestly.”

“These items and their sizes are totally off, bought two different sizes of the overalls and neither fit, and I ordered what said to be my size and larger no fit from the two. Try to do the return process and the site is not working for the returns. Items are priced cheap, but with possible cons.”

“Do not buy from this shop. I ordered today 2 tracksuits and mistakenly ordered the wrong size and i did talk to their costumer service right away to change the size and they cant do that even you just ordered few minutes ago. The solutions they told me is to wait for the item then ship it back to them in short you need to pay another 15-25$ And wait few weeks to get it back ehat a trash shop.”

“Bought a coat and it ripped after wearing it once!, couldn’t believe it, was a wool blend herringbone overcoat, also ordered several tracksuits and they turned out to be in poor condition after just a few washes, terrible quality items”

“I ordered a size 34 jeans men and to start off the quality of these jeans were disgusting. The biggest disgrace, secondly the jeans had to have been 2 sizes smaller because those jeans wouldn’t even fit a 32.. of course the picture of the jeans online looked Soo good I had to buy. What a big disappointment looking to return the item now.”

“Ordered 4 items, used their size chart to fit my body type and it was too small. Thats fine i can send them back for a refund. However, i ordered a size 10 pair of shoes, they sent me size 11. Apparently i still have to pay the postage to send them back despite having evidence of ordering a size 10 and getting a size 11. Lift your game BooHooMan. I personally wont be shopping with you again and I will tell my friends the same.”

“It’s been a month since I ordered for a tracksuit and I still haven’t received my parcel. At first I could track my order but now I can’t even track it and the customer service keeps postponing the delivery date. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to order from boohooMan.”

“Do not buy from this store!!!! I placed an order and I paid for the express shipping (which states that you will get the order between 3-4 business day) it’s been 5 business days since then and I haven’t received the order. I contacted the costumer service and they said that I will get it before February 22. TOTAL SCAM!!!! Really disappointed”

“Purchased a XXL pair of pants that were extremely small (looked like a kids large). Was charged a return fee. Was only refunded 60% percent of the total amount I paid. Never shopping from this site again, total scam.”

“Do not buy from this store. I ordered 2 hoodies and instead mistakenly received a pair of shorts, once contacting them about this error they swapped me around between 9 different employees who claimed i would not get a refund until i return the incorrect item and that i could not speak to anyone higher up. After an entire day of them not listening or caring about the circumstances i eventually sent the shorts back after the promised to send me my refund instantly after doing so and then changed their minds and said I’d have to wait 29 days for me to get my money back on the item i never received.”
