“Disappointment . Unsatisfactory . Non of the clothes I bought fit , and I got them a size bigger . Really looking forward such a let down. Super disappointed do not recommend for anyone looking for plus size anything. Clothing vary cheap and thin it’s as if it’s two sizes smaller all 7 items . Unless that’s what you like . What a waste .”

“I ordered the MA1 black bomber jacket. I already read that items on sale are final sale but I am very upset in the product. It's very thin like a jacket for summer. The picture displayed on the site looked thicker/ puffier and warmer overall. I was looking for a coat for my boyfriend for our cold weather. I am way too embarrassed to give my boyfriend this thin little jacket and frankly it makes me quite sad. Im more upset knowing I can't afford something else right now or for a while. Im not even sure if Im going to give him this which most likely not I am going to get something much better than this piece of garbage. Truly I wish I could send this product back and get my money back but that part is my mistake. This truly agers me because I sat in front of my computer for and hour reading every detail about this jacket and no where in the description did it mention how this it actually. The picture was very deceiving”

“Today is Jan 4, 2021, I expected to receive my package almost a week ago now, and still, nothing has arrived. After reading all these reviews I'm worried that I'm getting scammed. I ordered my package on Dec 21. Help?”

“Will never order from this company again. Placed order Dec 3 with a 7-10 day delivery. It is now Jan 2021, no package and no assistance from the company. Worst company ever!”

“I placed my order on November 30th here it is December 29th and I still have not received anything. I contacted them on Facebook multiple times. They are so unprofessional it’s ridiculous. Every message I received back was something different. They are liars and fraud. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!”

“Similar to reviews below, I ordered a Christmas gift on 12/10 and have not received it. When I try to track the order through their tracking system (TRAKPAK) and FedEx, it seems to be stuck in Jamaica since 12/17. FedEx has no record of initiating shipment in the US. The BooHooMan website has no phone number and makes it very difficult to even send an email. I have no idea about the quality of the merchandise because I have not received anything. If it arrives, I will update my review.”

“I ordered Christmas gifts on Dec 8th for delivery within 7-10 business days. No delivery. No response via “contact us”. No telephone number. FedEx says the order hasn’t even been dispatched. Is this company a scam?”

“I ordered a jogging suit and a pair of socks on December the 1st and today is December the 22nd 3 days before Christmas and my order hasn’t came yet! I text the Instagram page @boohoomanoffical and they responded with a text saying “ The time-frame we have provided is just a date to look to in which if the tracking doesn't update we can refund or resend then- but don't worry we expect this to be delivered before then! I understand that this is not ideal and we are doing our best to get this sorted for you. In the small number of parcels that are delayed, the vast majority of these still get delivered to our customers. We have a certain window time period that has been agreed with the courier for them to complete investigations on any parcel that does not have a tracking update, or where the tracking does not update from one point to another. Once that window has passed then they have no choice but to allow a claim for the loss of a parcel. Rest assured that if you do not receive your package by this date, we will make sure that we resolve it on the day for you. -Hina“ they won’t refund me my money and I have to wait until January 4th which is 1 month and 3 days after my order date this is ridiculous not only that my tracking number does not work and it says my package has been in jamacia sense the 10th of December”

“Decent clothes but TERRIBLE company and customer service. I ordered 2 hoodies sweatpants and a t shirt. I waited over a month and nothing showed up. I checked tracking which never switched from pending. I Attempted to contact the company and I got a response 3 days later. When I said what had happened they told me they wouldn’t be willing to refund me or give me site credit. Instead they told me to file a police report. I spent about 80$ on everything which never showed up. I also paid for faster shipping which didn’t end up mattering. Fast forward 2 1/2 months later I get one package with a hoodie after I contacted them and told them I did not want the clothing only my money back at this point. I took my loss and didn’t report it and maybe I should have. No customer should ever have to take a loss and lose their hard earned money because of trash customer service. I would 100% never recommend this company to anyone at all. Unless they have a complete 360 change. Boohooman, at this point it’s been 7 months. I have you the tracking you told me to file a police report. I suggest you guys start getting your stuff together and help some of these people out instead of scamming all your customers. THANK YOU, for absolutely nothing.”
