“Do not buy from this shop. I ordered today 2 tracksuits and mistakenly ordered the wrong size and i did talk to their costumer service right away to change the size and they cant do that even you just ordered few minutes ago. The solutions they told me is to wait for the item then ship it back to them in short you need to pay another 15-25$ And wait few weeks to get it back ehat a trash shop.”
“Bought a coat and it ripped after wearing it once!, couldn’t believe it, was a wool blend herringbone overcoat, also ordered several tracksuits and they turned out to be in poor condition after just a few washes, terrible quality items”

“Ordered 4 items, used their size chart to fit my body type and it was too small. Thats fine i can send them back for a refund. However, i ordered a size 10 pair of shoes, they sent me size 11.
Apparently i still have to pay the postage to send them back despite having evidence of ordering a size 10 and getting a size 11. Lift your game BooHooMan. I personally wont be shopping with you again and I will tell my friends the same.”

“Do not buy from this store. I ordered 2 hoodies and instead mistakenly received a pair of shorts, once contacting them about this error they swapped me around between 9 different employees who claimed i would not get a refund until i return the incorrect item and that i could not speak to anyone higher up. After an entire day of them not listening or caring about the circumstances i eventually sent the shorts back after the promised to send me my refund instantly after doing so and then changed their minds and said I’d have to wait 29 days for me to get my money back on the item i never received.”
“Not good at all, the website says they will have refund the postage charges along with your returned items but that is actually not right. They will only return for items not postage. Be careful and quality is below average.”

“I ordered the MA1 black bomber jacket. I already read that items on sale are final sale but I am very upset in the product. It's very thin like a jacket for summer. The picture displayed on the site looked thicker/ puffier and warmer overall. I was looking for a coat for my boyfriend for our cold weather. I am way too embarrassed to give my boyfriend this thin little jacket and frankly it makes me quite sad. Im more upset knowing I can't afford something else right now or for a while. Im not even sure if Im going to give him this which most likely not I am going to get something much better than this piece of garbage. Truly I wish I could send this product back and get my money back but that part is my mistake. This truly agers me because I sat in front of my computer for and hour reading every detail about this jacket and no where in the description did it mention how this it actually. The picture was very deceiving”
