Horrible horrible horrible company. They should be ashamed of themselves.. no wonder why no phone number, then to email and the email address is not an active email .. no way to contact them. Try and track an order and says order is non existent. Hummmm funny cause you took my money, for an order that doesn't exist??.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Waited 3weeks and parcel never arrived. Submitted a refund claim and still nothing! No clothes no refund no response nothing. Has now been 2months and no word back. Please beware.

The no cancel and no edit order rule. The process is not logical. it's not like they're very fast with shipping. Why I can't edit the order if the order was just placed. I liked the clothes very much, but because of this, I will never order anything from this site. They should find some logic during the selling process if they want to save money and time(returns require more logistics than editing an order). I had a very unpleasant experience...

Two of the five pairs of pants were 30 and not the ordered 36. You have to pay shipping for a return which is more than the $15 pants. They don't have a phone number. I have not received any feedback on both of my inquiries. The pants that came are nice though.

Order was supposed to arrive weeks ago and still hasn’t come. They provide no customer service contact info and apparently there is a customs delay hold that they don’t tell you about. No way to accurately track thru FedEx. Do not buy from this site!

I ordered 2 items on the same day. The first one came within about a week. For the second one who knows where it is? Can't track the packages through FedEX and can only track them through their website. Returns are an extreme hassle to deal with. The clothing isn't even that great either, sweatshirts have an abnormally large knitting pattern compared to any regular clothes that you could buy at a store for $10.

This is the second time I ordered a specific item d got something completely different. They don’t have a customer service number so I have to wait for a email from them. This is unacceptable.

Used discount code and it showed correctly but then charged differently after I checked out.. highly illegal. Also they sell things they don’t have in stock and then refund so you’re left paying full price shipping on basically nothing. Won’t refund the trackies that go with the hoodie that they refunded. The whole experience is a joke. Avoid this company if you want a good retail experience.

I ordered next day delivery with boohoo man on Wednesday; it's Friday and they failed to get it to me on time. I am now having to miss a very significant day just because they couldn't deliver.

It’s totally rubbish online store and they have a trick which paid me 2 times postage and refunded me $15 less what I paid. I highly recommend to avoid this online company !!

Had and still having a bad experience. Order hasn’t arrives as paid for, current missing , but I THE CUSTOMER , have to wait for a refund, so that the courier THE CONTRACTOR, has time to find it and investigate . I’m sorry , but it’s MY ORDER YOU FAILED TO DELIVER. ITS MY MONEY YOU HAVE , NOT THE COURIERS. Ridiculous you put the deliverer before the customer . STILL WAITING DELIVERY OR REFUND

Trash! Paid $350 for a bunch of clothes and then full price shipping and received a month and a half later, misprinted clothes, wrong sizes, and even pants sewed on backwards! What a joke. Pockets facing back. Tags sewed on to the front. Worst experience ever. On top of that! Horrible customer service and no call line... I can see why! People would be calling in yelling and breaking ear drums!

I bought a lot of clothes cause I got discounts and the price already wasn’t that high. Man idc if I payed $5 for the whole store I would still feel robbed. The quality is TRASH! After 1 wear buttons on my clothes are falling apart, the fits are all off and they just look genuinely cheap. Save up and buy somewhere else

Do not order from this website. I am arelle Palmer I ordered $108.00 worth of clothes on September 21,2020. My expected delivery date was September 30th. On September 30th I have not received my package. So on October 1st I reached out to the company. And an employee said sorry it will come in 48 hours... 48 hours pass I still don’t get my package, I contacted them again and they say October 6th I will receive it.... October 6th passes and still no package.... I contacted them for a refund because they were lying to me about my package. Now they wanna give me another delivery date which was October 22nd...!!!!! Do you know that’s a month waiting for my clothes I ordered? They gave me no discounts, nothing for that inconvenience. And the company also told me my order was held in delays in customs. And said “they are working hard to catch up from backlog of orders”.so basically they knew that our orders was going to be delayed for a very long time. But they didn’t establish that on their website because they know we wont buy from them. They rather have our money first and have us deal with it.Guess what.. October 22nd I still haven’t received my package after waiting for a month. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
