“This might just be the worst shopping experience. No active way to contact them, WhatsApp really😡 placed an order that was supposed to arrive in 2weeks, it’s been more than that and FedEx said the order never got to them. They just create a log with FedEx but do not ship any product. I feel so stupid to have ordered without reading the reviews. Y’all shouldn’t think of getting anything for them.”

“Simple order placed 29/11, paid extra for next day delivery. Nothing arrived, so I left it a while as I understand it was Black Friday and deliveries could be late. I get in touch with their customer services who asked me to wait until the 6th, and then they could action something. In the meantime, they soooo graciously refunded the £1 upgrade for delivery. I reasonably waited until the 7th, only to once again be fobbed off and told to wait until the 11th and there is nothing they can do. On the 11th, they let me know most of my original order was now out of stock because I'd had to wait so long for a resolution, and they finally decided to ship the last piece, with no refund on shipping. Considering this is my first order, this is absolutely atrocious service, way to show off your company, obviously you don't plan for repeat business. I will be actively discouraging people from placing orders with yourself, and I will never again be placing one myself.”

“Scam, its wish with a fancy website. The items sold are not the ones in the picture. And they lie through customer service to try explain why they sell false advertised products and then ignore you when you call them out. Look for them to be shut down soon and rebranded as something else”

“This online seller company is totally a scum. After receiving your money they give a tracking number that never exist. It will only show you delivery by FedEx is pending, meaning they haven't received any shipment item from this company. They have no tel, email or whatever to contact them. I am in discussion with my lawyers thus we may take legal action for fraud. Please don't be fooled and try to order any product that you will never receive.”

“Horrible horrible horrible company. They should be ashamed of themselves.. no wonder why no phone number, then to email and the email address is not an active email .. no way to contact them. Try and track an order and says order is non existent. Hummmm funny cause you took my money, for an order that doesn't exist??.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY”

“The no cancel and no edit order rule. The process is not logical. it's not like they're very fast with shipping. Why I can't edit the order if the order was just placed. I liked the clothes very much, but because of this, I will never order anything from this site. They should find some logic during the selling process if they want to save money and time(returns require more logistics than editing an order). I had a very unpleasant experience...”

“Two of the five pairs of pants were 30 and not the ordered 36. You have to pay shipping for a return which is more than the $15 pants. They don't have a phone number. I have not received any feedback on both of my inquiries. The pants that came are nice though.”

“Order was supposed to arrive weeks ago and still hasn’t come. They provide no customer service contact info and apparently there is a customs delay hold that they don’t tell you about. No way to accurately track thru FedEx. Do not buy from this site!”

“I ordered 2 items on the same day. The first one came within about a week. For the second one who knows where it is? Can't track the packages through FedEX and can only track them through their website. Returns are an extreme hassle to deal with. The clothing isn't even that great either, sweatshirts have an abnormally large knitting pattern compared to any regular clothes that you could buy at a store for $10.”

“Used discount code and it showed correctly but then charged differently after I checked out.. highly illegal. Also they sell things they don’t have in stock and then refund so you’re left paying full price shipping on basically nothing. Won’t refund the trackies that go with the hoodie that they refunded. The whole experience is a joke. Avoid this company if you want a good retail experience.”
