Do not order from this website. I am arelle Palmer I ordered $108.00 worth of clothes on September 21,2020. My expected delivery date was September 30th. On September 30th I have not received my package. So on October 1st I reached out to the company. And an employee said sorry it will come in 48 hours... 48 hours pass I still don’t get my package, I contacted them again and they say October 6th I will receive it.... October 6th passes and still no package.... I contacted them for a refund because they were lying to me about my package. Now they wanna give me another delivery date which was October 22nd...!!!!! Do you know that’s a month waiting for my clothes I ordered? They gave me no discounts, nothing for that inconvenience. And the company also told me my order was held in delays in customs. And said “they are working hard to catch up from backlog of orders”.so basically they knew that our orders was going to be delayed for a very long time. But they didn’t establish that on their website because they know we wont buy from them. They rather have our money first and have us deal with it.Guess what.. October 22nd I still haven’t received my package after waiting for a month. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

Do not order from this website. This site has a DELAY HOLD IN CUSTOMS. So when you order from the website, your Oder will be held in a backlog.. won’t be shipped right away. Btw they don’t tell you guys this on the website because they rather have your money first, and have you deal with it.

The coat I ordered they sent me the wrong size and then I had to email them twice and tried to reach them for more than a week before I could get in touch with someone through Whatsapp to return it, and then only to be told that the product is out of stock! I will never order from this site again ever! Had they have sent me what I paid for to begin with this would've never happened! And now I bought this as a gift for someone who has already seen it and it now has to be sent back because it's the incorrect size and doesn't fit! And now all the products are gone because they take forever to get back to you! Plus the zipper was broken! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!

I need everyone to read these reviews before purchasing ANYTHING from this company!!! They are practically scam artist. I wish I read them before I bought something because I basically gave them my money and never got my clothing. These people won’t respond to emails or anything. Trust me. SPEND TOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

I got an email saying my order was shipped on the 9th, when i track my order on fedex it tells me only the shipping label has been made & it has not been sent out. Today is the 18th, I really need this costume for my baby shower that is on the 24th which was why I placed the order because it was said that it would only take 6 business days to arrive. Although tomorrow the 19th will be the 6th business day (including the holiday that just passed) I’m concerned because fedex is showing that this item has not been shipped.. should I cancel my order & get a refund so I can purchase this costume else where KNOWING I will have it in the time frame needed. That’s the message I sent to them via email & Facebook. Now reading these reviews, I know I am Screwed.

communication is awful. lost my tracking number and they have not responded to my email. it was supposed to be here in 6 business days and it’s been two weeks. i can’t even look at my tracking and they will not answer. this company is an actual joke.

I bought 2 packs of face masks, which the black ones contain 5, and grey ones are 4. They do not fit around my face, as it says they’re for children, which didn’t say on the website. I can feel discomfort on my ears. Unfortunately, I cannot refund them. It’s a waist £20 I spent, which I cannot return.

they change clothing sizing from item to item, its just reidiculous, i always orded "S" tracksuits, but now i cant even wear their "S" bcuz its like "XS or XXS", one leg on my pants is smaller than other one, they done have any kind of quality control when making items, awful company, awful quality and service

Ordered items Monday around lunchtime, it’s Friday and they still have not been dispatched and the amount has been taking from my account! Absolute poor service.

Thursday 3rd I ordered and paid for next day delivery, hours before the 10PM cut off time. I needed next day delivery because I go on holiday on Tuesday 8th (5 days from when the order was made). Friday 4th My next day delivery order had not arrived. I contacted BoohooMan through Facebook who told me my order had been sent to the incorrect depot and as a gesture of goodwill, they offered me a coupon code that would give me free next day delivery on my next order. Saturday 5th My next day delivery order still hadn't arrived. I was told my order was in transit and to wait another 48-72 hours. I asked if my order could just be sent again from the warehouse as I could not risk my clothes arriving after my holiday departure. I was told by this was not possible. Sunday 6th Using Track My Order, I could see that my order was infact not in transit but still sitting at the incorrect depot. Knowing my order was probably not going to arrive before my holiday departure on Tuesday 8th, I reordered my entire order and tried to use the gesture of goodwill coupon code but it resulted in the error message "%1$s" so had to pay full price praying it would arrive for Tuesday. Monday 7th My original order showed as still sitting in the incorrect depot despite being told it was in transit. My new order showed as being dispatched. Tuesday 8th My new order arrived just before my holiday departure and old order showing as still sitting in the incorrect depot which begs the question, why could the order not be resent from the warehouse after being told this was not a possibility? So, 5 days after paying for next day delivery, my order still hasn't arrived. God knows if it will arrive when im back from holiday. Probably not. I spoke to a total of 8 people, all of which didn't read the prior messages in the thread which was extremely frustrating. They missed the point that I needed my order before holiday departure. They refused to send me a review link which I asked for 4 times. They refused to refund the delivery charges on the original order despire the fact I'll have to send it back when it eventually arrives. A truly awful, awful experience. This reivew would be somewhat positive if they had basic customer service skills. The could have: Resent the order from the warehouse or refunded the full delivery costs. Made sure the gesture of goodwill coupon code actually worked before sending it. Sent me a review link when I asked the first time instead of the fourth time. Read prior messages in the thread or use the same customer service advisor instead of 8 different people. Don't lie to the customer and tell them an order is in transit when it's sitting at the incorrect depot. Would rate 0 if I could.

First, I never received my package, the. They make it very hard to find a costumer service number to report my missing items. Very unreliable.

Placed order through their app but it did not log on their system. However, payment was taken immediately from my PayPal account. Told to wait 2 days for them to sort the refund. 2 days pass and no refund, then told to wait 5 days for refund, but still nothing. Then told to wait 7 days for the refund to be processed. I could grow very old at this rate. Have removed app and will never buy from these con artists again! Zero stars if it was possible.

Purchased 8 items returning 4 as 2 are too small and other 2 are really bad quality materials, you get better quality clothing at Target for cheaper. Smh

If your from the US and want your items in a timely manner, I would advise you PASS on ordering from here. My wife and I have each placed an order from here, her order came 3 weeks later than the expected delivery date and she had to reach out to customer service before they seemed to “try to rush” the delivery - Then there’s my order that’s now going on a month late and when I just now reached out for the second time since my FedEx tracking link still said “Label created: delivery date pending” I was told now my items are lost and they can’t replace them, but they will issue a refund. I was skeptical ordering from this company as it was outside the U.S. and they proved my instincts right. Decent communication with customer service about the status of my package as they were quick and responsive, however shipments out of the country for them (Located in GB) seem to be a BIG problem and take close to a month to receive.

Customer service is shocking. They swap who responds to you on purpose so you have to explain each time to each person for each email you send... Ridiculous. Don't buy from them because firstly their items are not as advertised then when you ask them why? they are not sure what comes with what. The website is full of faqs on returns and refunds this should of been enough to put me off. I rarely buy anything but this item was for a special occasion and I regret giving them any of my money. I am still waiting for a refund after having proof they received my returned item weeks and weeks ago. Do Not Buy anything from Boohooman!!
