“Placed order through their app but it did not log on their system. However, payment was taken immediately from my PayPal account. Told to wait 2 days for them to sort the refund. 2 days pass and no refund, then told to wait 5 days for refund, but still nothing. Then told to wait 7 days for the refund to be processed. I could grow very old at this rate. Have removed app and will never buy from these con artists again! Zero stars if it was possible.”

“If your from the US and want your items in a timely manner, I would advise you PASS on ordering from here. My wife and I have each placed an order from here, her order came 3 weeks later than the expected delivery date and she had to reach out to customer service before they seemed to “try to rush” the delivery - Then there’s my order that’s now going on a month late and when I just now reached out for the second time since my FedEx tracking link still said “Label created: delivery date pending” I was told now my items are lost and they can’t replace them, but they will issue a refund.
I was skeptical ordering from this company as it was outside the U.S. and they proved my instincts right. Decent communication with customer service about the status of my package as they were quick and responsive, however shipments out of the country for them (Located in GB) seem to be a BIG problem and take close to a month to receive.”
“Customer service is shocking. They swap who responds to you on purpose so you have to explain each time to each person for each email you send... Ridiculous. Don't buy from them because firstly their items are not as advertised then when you ask them why? they are not sure what comes with what.
The website is full of faqs on returns and refunds this should of been enough to put me off. I rarely buy anything but this item was for a special occasion and I regret giving them any of my money. I am still waiting for a refund after having proof they received my returned item weeks and weeks ago. Do Not Buy anything from Boohooman!!”

Customer care has been challenging to communicate with, constant excusing of their courier services when the package has not left the shelf of their warehouse.

“I paid extra for next day delivery (Northern Ireland) on items I ordered. This was a premium delivery cost so was much higher then their regular delivery cost
It has been almost a week and the delivery has not arrived.
I emailed their customer service team and did not get a response. I also have contacted their team via the whatsapp link on their website and again, have not received a response.”
“Bohooman UK - Can't send an email as their mailbox is full. Tried online messaging 1 month ago never replied. The chat is a robot and takes you back to the same thing over and over. No Agents available - Its just a shamble.”

Expected me to return the faulty items for refund even though I sent pictures showing the marks. Very poor Service and experience! I strongly recommend they are not used as the product quality is appalling!”

It is 7 weeks now and FedEx is saying the items have not even left the UK not to talk of getting to the US. Time to delete my account.
