Amateur company. They have very good clothes, but the team are awful. Customer service =0 Courier usually the herpes, which is the biggest joke in this globe. If the courier steal or lost your order, you are the last in the queue. You can fight for your money and your messages will be ignored. So go on and try if you like adventurers or just want to get excited in these boring days.

I’ve ordered a leather jacket from off the website with a 2-3 express shipping and it has failed to be delivered within the time limit. Also still haven’t received it

Ordered my package last friday i picked the express option so it could be here in 2-3 days which would’ve been yesterday my package still hasn’t came the order # I was given for some reason isn’t linked to my package so no one even knows where it’s at & they pushed back my delivery date twice jus for me to look and see there is no delivery date n jus reading these reviews I’m probably not gettin what I ordered 😭😭 DO NOT SHOP HERE ONLINEEEE YOU WILL GET FINESSED... NO CAP🤣😭😭🤞🏾💯💯💯

Absolutely SHOCKING experience! Do NOT shop here! I ordered a few items on Sunday.... 4 days later I get an email to say 1 item has been cancelled as they don’t have stock. I browse online to view other colours as I would like the hoodie for my partner. They have a different shade of khaki in his size.... with the price put up!!!!!!!!! 1. I would expect to be contacted by customer service to see if I would like a different colour alternative.... this didn’t happen! So I’ve contacted customer service where they have literally said they won’t honour the price I paid for the colour alternative as they’re a ‘ highly competitive brand’ no care about the customer!!!! Then followed by a sarcastic ‘ have a fab day :)’ ... I’m absolutely appalled! If they told me ON THE DAY I paid and ordered then I could have got the other colour at the lower price I paid but now I’ve lost out due to no error of mine own? Then the vile customer service I have recieved from Tilly, Han & James. Who have basically said I can’t speak to a manager either. They need some serious customer service training as I’m horrified. NEVER shopping here again and I recommend that you all don’t either! They don’t care about the customer whatsoever. I have asked for them to honour the lower price so I can order the different khaki colour and they’ve said no... I mean, I expected that at a bare minimum.. SHOCKING!!!!!!

Ordered Clear Lens Geek Fashion Glasses, but what I received is a completely different product. The item I received has different shape and the lens is tinted. So I requested for a refund. I contacted customer service via whatsapp and messenger. I spoke to up to 7 different representatives (Ibby, Anisa, Husnain A., Ash, Misbah, Husnain, Ismaeel), but no one was willing to help.  I was advised to return the item before I could I either get a replacement or refund. I explained that I was high risk to COVID-19 (asthma) and will be difficult for me to drop off the item to the parcel shop myself or ask someone to do it for me considering I live on my own and my peeps live far away. I managed to ask one of my neighbour to do it for me, so he tried to drop it off to 3 local parcel shops without success so I told him not to worry, as I have already asked too much of him, considering he was the only one willing to help and risking his life being out. It's suppose to be the customer service's job to sort it, and apparently they are all working at home and could not get a supervisor/manager to contact me to discuss it further as none of them was any help at all. Furthermore, the parcel shops informed him that they were not accepting any parcels and it could take 25-30+ days until they can have any further update. I explained this to customer service representatives and most of the responses I received are along the following lines (which I reckon they just copied and pasted): -"I totally understand where you are coming from but we would need the incorrect glasses back before we can resend the correct pair. This is the only appropriate solution we can offer right now. We wouldn't be able to do a manager call either as we are all working from home and not in the office so we can only deal with the queries online" .... Regarding the return timeframe, the response I received is as follows: - "If it goes above 28 days since we extended it, then we will review this and possibly extend it further. We will happily accept the return back to us for a refund or replacement but at this unprecedented time, we can't advise when that will be." First of all BoohooMan made the error of sending me the wrong item! I wanted to return it but the customer service representatives did not acknowledge my circumstance nor provided any solutions. I even suggested if they can arrange the courier to pick up the item I am returning, to which one of them responded with the following: - "I'm afraid the courier doesn't offer this service. It needs to be dropped off at a drop off shop when it is safe to do so." This is very frustrating, and no one was willing to do anything nor care about the situation I am in. I have prompted for next day delivery and considering it was their error sending me the wrong item, they were making no effort resolving the issue immediately and expecting me to wait until I was able to return it (which can take up to after 30+ days), and authorise the refund once they receive it (which can take further additional days). There isn't even any guarantee that they will receive the item within the return timeframe (28 days), and therefore I may not even be eligible getting my refund. Contradicting and false advertisement of their "Free, Fast & Trackable returns!" This is the 3rd time they have messed up my orders, and on all occasion their customer service has been none existent. This incident has definitely drew the line for me considering the circumstance, the brand and it's customer service has been completely out of order!

Quality of products extremely poor and should’ve known better not to order from them. Everything ordered can only compare to a piece of paper although I think a piece of paper has more integrity than there clothing. I had a pair of jeans fall to pieces on me after wearing them for an hour and all of the rest I ordered were poor quality. Customer service is okayish for my money back for the whole order and returned the goods however they are refusing to refund delivery which I find unfair due to the poor quality of goods. Maybe they’re called Boohoo for a reason won’t be ever shopping with them again. Going to shop more sustainable and higher quality.

Ordered two hoodies, lg and xl but were too small, although very good quality. Ordered xxl and attempted to return the first two after contacting boohooman.com, they told me to contact the shipper. There was no order number in the packaging so I couldn't reference it. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HAVE TO JUMP THROUGH HOOPS FOR RETURNS, TOO BAD!

I just purchased a jacket got it today and oh boy it is literally made of plastic!!! It looks cheap and feels cheap I’m deleting the app and I will never buy anything from them again.

For AMERICAN CUSTOMERS, I want to share with you that this company will not refund your shipping if you ask for a return. BoohooMan states in his website that all returns are free in U.S but they don’t say they don’t refund the shipping like other companies like Amazon or eBay would do. In my case I was disappointed for the quality of the fabric and that’s why I returned the product. Never purchasing anything from this clothing brand anymore. Do not waste your money on this brand

Shockingly bad customer service and delivery. Their delivery company Hermes failed to deliver within the service timescales paid for (24 hours delivery even allowing for the bank holiday expected delays) and fabricated the information on their tracking system. Boohoo made excuses and delayed dealing with with the issue, email replies full of inconsistent and contradicting information, they refused to refund the goods not delivered refusing to take responsibility for their delivery agent’s failures. Unreliable and unprofessional.

I ordered this black/ white jacket for Christmas for a special loved one. I have emailed and all. I would send back but what is he to wear right at Christmas just a few days away. I am VERY upset at this and i will be posting about it on all social media platforms

I will never ever order from here ever again I'm so mad I did not listen to the reviews because every issue I had with them was just about every negative review I saw about this place. They was having a really good sales so I ordered almost $200 worth of stuff for my boyfriend. He. wears a size 2x mainly and in certain stuff he has to get a 3X but mainly a 2X. I also heard that they run small . why did I order $200 worth of stuff all 3x and 4x and all of it was too small except for 1 jacket. The 4xl looked like an xl. Not long after that I process a return and they gave me the return shipping label on nov 12th in my email. That next morning I went to the post office and sent it off. then November 30th rolls around I get an email saying that they received my items and they would issue a refund and on the email it said it will take up to 7 days before a refund is issued back to my card. Well it's been two weeks and I tried contacting customer service which really upsets me that they don't have a phone number that you can call and talk to somebody. When I finally got ahold of somebody they told me it would take 21 days to fully process my refund. It didn't take them 1 hour to take the money for the purchase. Overall I just did not feel comfortable ordering from this website I don't like the fact that you have nobody to contact if something was to happen and in my opinion for me to be spending that much money I expect a little more clarity on how the refund process goes.

Had a terrible customer service experience. I bought some clothes on sale and while paying the discounted price was displayed but I was charged the full amount. When I contacted them they just shrug their shoulders and told me to return it. Upsetting and a waste of time, don't bother...
