“I will never ever order from here ever again I'm so mad I did not listen to the reviews because every issue I had with them was just about every negative review I saw about this place. They was having a really good sales so I ordered almost $200 worth of stuff for my boyfriend. He. wears a size 2x mainly and in certain stuff he has to get a 3X but mainly a 2X. I also heard that they run small . why did I order $200 worth of stuff all 3x and 4x and all of it was too small except for 1 jacket. The 4xl looked like an xl. Not long after that I process a return and they gave me the return shipping label on nov 12th in my email. That next morning I went to the post office and sent it off. then November 30th rolls around I get an email saying that they received my items and they would issue a refund and on the email it said it will take up to 7 days before a refund is issued back to my card. Well it's been two weeks and I tried contacting customer service which really upsets me that they don't have a phone number that you can call and talk to somebody. When I finally got ahold of somebody they told me it would take 21 days to fully process my refund. It didn't take them 1 hour to take the money for the purchase. Overall I just did not feel comfortable ordering from this website I don't like the fact that you have nobody to contact if something was to happen and in my opinion for me to be spending that much money I expect a little more clarity on how the refund process goes.”

“Had a terrible customer service experience. I bought some clothes on sale and while paying the discounted price was displayed but I was charged the full amount. When I contacted them they just shrug their shoulders and told me to return it. Upsetting and a waste of time, don't bother...”

“This company is the biggest joke there is. I placed an order with them verifying my address what I had placed the order my address was incorrect in my items were already shipped as I was trying to return my items they said they would not be able to send it back to me unless I paid the cost of shipping. They also would not refund me the shipping cost even though they screwed up my order They also would not refund me the shipping cost even though they screwed up my shipment address. Customer service is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with and highly recommend anybody who is going to buy anything from them to look at the reviews before purchasing because they have no idea what they are doing and you will get screwed out of your money. No manager will ever message you you speak to low-level employees who also have no idea what they are doing or how to help. Good luck trying to get your order because you won’t.”

“Very shocking experience. The clothes are poorly made and there seems to be an issue with their sizing. As it suggests with the reviews below, xxxxl is equivalent to xxl. One product I had that was xxxxl turned out to be considerably larger than usual, the rest smaller. Save yourself the time and stick with ASOS, I know I will be returning to them.”

This company is a joke. Clothing is poor quaility miss stitching. One sleeve longer than the other same with the pants. Material is flimsy cheap poor quailty. I Can only image after washing. Although they use models from a leading online store. It's not the same. I made two large purchases. I couldn't believe my eyes. After trying on the merchandise. I couldn't stop laughing. I first thought someone pulled a prank on me. But it wasn't this is what they offer. I returned both orders immediately. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY YOU WILL BE SOOOOO DISAPPOINTED”

“Prices were decent with coupon code I had. While tracking delivery (I chose standard 5-8 business days) my pack has been in the same city for 9 dats and customer service is no help. Wouldn’t recommend”

“I like the look and fit of the clothes, but they are unfortunately just made of poor quality materials. Within a day of receiving new jeans from Boohooman, the inside of the right pocket completely tore open without any pressure applied. This was simply from carrying my phone. Now, the left one has torn as well and everything falls through pockets and into the pant leg itself. I like the fit and color of the pants but wish they did not rip a day after I got them.”

“Absolutely terrible service. DO NOT BUY FROM BOOHOO MAN!! Ordered a wallet and was sent the wrong one so then contacted customer services who told me I needed to return it and then reorder another one. When i reordered another one i thought i would reorder a different wallet to make sure that they don't send me the wrong one again but guess what, they sent me the wrong one AGAIN! Spoke to customer service a second time who told me to return the second one and then once I have shown them the returns receipt they would send me the correct one. I did as they said but then the wallet was out of stock!!! How can an online store mess someone around so badly and then not even offer compensation. Absolute waste of time and now I have to wait 21 days for my refunds when its their own fault, don't buy from Boohoo Man! 😤😡”
