Paid £10 for next day delivery and it took 3 days to arrive, customer service not done anything to compensate for it and i’ve since had loads of emails offering ‘free next day delivery and 30% off’, not fair that i’ve been conned to pay delivery.

Paid for unlimited delivery and get an email offering free delivery and 30% off the next day. Customer service not helpful, won’t offer to refund and cancel the unlimited delivery for me even though my order came 3 days late yet i paid for next day delivery.

Please a order for 5-6 shipping. Notice no motive on the tracking and revived this noticed their now requesting me to wait a month for my order. When I paid expressed shipping. Still haven’t received order. Order at your own risk. Smh

This company has failed to deliver! Customer care has been challenging to communicate with, constant excusing of their courier services when the package has not left the shelf of their warehouse. I would highly reccomend steering away from this company at this time!

I paid extra for next day delivery (Northern Ireland) on items I ordered. This was a premium delivery cost so was much higher then their regular delivery cost It has been almost a week and the delivery has not arrived. I emailed their customer service team and did not get a response. I also have contacted their team via the whatsapp link on their website and again, have not received a response.

Bohooman UK - Can't send an email as their mailbox is full. Tried online messaging 1 month ago never replied. The chat is a robot and takes you back to the same thing over and over. No Agents available - Its just a shamble.

Ordered some shorts, they came with an awful stain on the back. They sent me another pair which were even worse. Expected me to return the faulty items for refund even though I sent pictures showing the marks. Very poor Service and experience! I strongly recommend they are not used as the product quality is appalling!

I've never had to wait 6weeks+ for my order to be delivered considering I paid for express shipping. Regardless, I thought that was just a bump and made the mistake of ordering again. It is 7 weeks now and FedEx is saying the items have not even left the UK not to talk of getting to the US. Time to delete my account. Items are usually smaller in sizes as compared to what is advertised. Go ahead and order if you don't mind small sizes and 3months wait of delivery time.

The shipping itself is bad I ordered 2 different things payed extra for both of them the same day they were supposed to take 5 days one came after like 11 days the other still hasn’t come in yet

I ordered from them with 3 items and even paid extra for fast shipping and they haven’t came in the 2-3 day delivery as promised. I’m tracking my order and it hasn’t even moved it’s been under “schedule delivery”. I’ve been waiting almost a week now. Just horrible service

I had high hopes for this clothing company... it saddens me to say that I’ll never order from them again. I’ve had orders to arrive to me with missing items and I’ve had orders arrive to me that were dirty & stained. Their customer service takes forever to respond to inquiries. I’m not happy with them at all. Buy at your own risk.

I been trying to receive/request management information. However, no representative have provided me with management or the legal department information so that I can file a complaint or obtain a fund. My son did not receive his items he order. Furthermore, if you contact boohooMan, you are not able to actually speak with a customer service representative unfortunately you will have to use twitter. This is so unprofessional.

Terrible terrible company, Ill keep this short. First ordered for next day delivery, took 4 working days to arrive. Ordered 3 t shirts all the exact same size and each one is a completely different fit, ones too short, ones too long, ones sleeves are tiny, ones bigger. Ordered all black shoes they came with white laces, like how do you mess that up? Also shoes are way too small despite me wearing size 11 my whole life. Got charged for full price next day delivery despite writing in a voucher but luckily got that refunded, dreadful failure of a company, no better than primark rubbish.

UPDATE! Just received both my packages, when I mean both I mean that I ordered 2 sets of the exact same thing in different sizes. One in XS and one MEDIUM,...guess what..they fit exactly the same. Some of my other mediums fit like larges while one fit like a small. Makes absolutely no sense. Contacted customer service through WhatsApp to deal with the problem and 3 different people (Christian,Hina and Gee) could not solve anything, their solution? Return everything and repurchase it in the CORRECT SIZE, how do you expect your customer to purchase something when YOUR sizing chart Is off?! Terrible..now I’ll have to pay close to $40 in shipping for shorts that don’t fit me and I can’t even keep.

Ordered black slim fit joggers, received completely different black pants, way too big, not even close to "slim fit". Do not buy from here, you will be disappointed.
