“One of the most rubbish clothes outlet to ever exist in somewhere wherever they are scamming people hiding. Bought two jumpers. Terrible material used, washed it once and had no choice but to put in the bin. I think they need checking from by Trading Standards”

“Would give no starts but not an option. I did not receive my product and then they only sent me 2/3rds of my refund. They claim they provided me a service which mas worth my shipping fee... But I didn't get anything. Basically they just stole $10 from me.”

“I brought some clothes from them and I paid extra to get my order early, but my order came late. Then my order had half of the items missing. I was blamed and banned from ordering again.”

“I order one pair of joggers for standard shipping 7-10 business days. On Jan 31st. I contacted there “customer service” that takes at least one day to get back to you who said that they don’t know why it’s being delayed and that if I don’t see an update on my shipment on March 3rd to contact them and they will know what’s wrong.”

“Terrible company. USA delivery is 8-10 business days. Every order I’ve made ( 10 + orders ) have been delivered over 2 weeks, usually a whole month late. Only order from BoohooMAN if you want low quality clothing delivered very late.”

“I have been purchasing items from boohooman for about 3 months have about 5 items ordered so far and all have been delivered and quality has been good . Not sure why everyone else is having issues but personally I would recommend them . The package I ordered is actually coming 4 days earlier than expected and is out for delivery at the moment .”

“Ordered a tracksuit for my Grandson for Christmas, received a woman's all in one, that looked as if it had been worn. Returned on 10th January. Sent proof of posting three times. Numerous emails later and false promises, still waiting for a full refund. Always a different person that responds, but only after 72 hours!!! Will never buy from them again.”

“Wait my order for more than 2 weeks. Never arrived. Just received a partial refund email stating my order has been returned. I had to contact them for a full refund since he never arrived. More tham 2 weeks wasted. Never recommend”

“DO NOT waste your money if you are tall with average waist size. There sizing chart is incredibly inaccurate and the pants WILL NOT fit. They also charge you to return the clothing even though they know very well that the pant's would not fit based on the questions they ask you about your size.”

“Placed order Dec 9th for delivery before Christmas. On a Dec 23rd the tracking showed the order hadn’t even been processed yet. When I reached out to customer service they said it would be here Dec 27th. That day came and went. I emailed again Jan 4th and they gave me a $5.00 voucher for their site, why would I want that. I will not ever be ordering from them again. They said to give it til Jan 25th before they can process a refund and say it’s lost. Today is Jan 11th still no package.”

“I checked to see where its coming from and it says New Jersey. I'm waiting and waiting and waiting some more. I go to track the order and it says that it has to clear customs from Great Britain. If I had known that, I wouldn't have ordered from so far away.”

“This company fails to send your items. Ive ordered from this app and only 1 of my items out of the 7 i ordered arrived. I contacted there website email and they never respond. its been over a month of me resending the emails and nothing back so far. So basically i got robbed over 100 dollars. Don't order from this app, yes the clothes looks nice on the website and you cant go wrong for the price but just save yourself the money and find another website. Or just take the risk of getting robbed like i did, up to you.”

“DO NOT ORDER! We purchased in November and the package never arrived and tomorrow is 12/31. They do not have a customer service number ONLY a hard to use email system. My son found this site and wanted some hoodies. I wasted $100. ZERO STARS”

“My order was placed November 24th. Received one package December 13th. It’s now December 29th and I’m still waiting on my remaining items. Tried contacting them again via email but now it says the address can’t be found. I’m a returning customer but I don’t think I’ll be ordering again after this.”

“Order pants size 32 their more like a 29 I can’t even get my feet through the pants.. horrible.. order a sweater size medium because I’m a medium in everything, the neck is choking me... I will NEVER order from them again.. this is not the first time, ordered some jeans a few months ago and they are way too small... imma just sell everything because I’m not dealing with their customer service from reading these reviews...”
