“I can't even buy anything. My payment method was with a Discover Card. I am entering the exact information on my card into the payment element and each time I get the same error message that says, "Payment details in the order element are incorrect, please choose a different Payment Method or try again later". I just used the same card I'm trying to pay with on a different site and had no issue. This happened on their site and app.”
“i ordered medium shorts and t shirts and the t shirts came in with the same sizes but weren't the same size/length out of all the shorts only 1 fit great. and the shorts have good quality but are super big for a medium, only one pair of shorts fit great. i also ordered a pair of pants in a 28 i could barely get the buttons undone and the inseam was gigantic i looked like i was in the goofy movie lol. i ordered some skinny jeans in all same sizes but one was loose and two were super tight only like 2 pairs of them. anyways they have super bad quality control.”
“Not good quality and the company has been pretty poor too. I’ve ordered a few things from boohooman however I won’t be anymore. Firstly I ordered some joggers in a 2 pack in the same size however I was sent 2 completely different sizes (happenned twice) I then ordered some new ones and it didn’t take long at all for them both to rip just from me putting them on. Just as I was pulling them up they would tear in multiple places. The joggers that did fit were black for all of 2 washes until they turned brown. I ordered a t shirt too however that stretched around the neck and now is all loose and the elastic has snapped. Overall I have experienced either poor quality or have been sent the wrong orders so I have had to stop ordering from there. In all fairness however with the faulty items the staff in customer service have been very helpful with returning emails, sorting refunds etc.”
“Where do I begin. Ordered a size 5x vest but was sent a size large. The label said 5x but the tag said large. When I reached out to them they said for me to send it back and they would reimburse me for the costs. That in and of itself is a red flag. The clothes themselves, a shirt and two pairs of shorts, run extremely small. Ordered a 5x in all but they are not true to size. Shirt material is very thin. I do not recommend this company.”
“Ordered a slim fit white turtle neck. Firstly, the material is paper thin, you can even see a white shirt through the jumper. Second, it’s not white but more of a cream colour. Third, it’s way too tight for a medium, I can barely get my head through it. Shocking, never ordering from them again. Only ordered in the first place because I had a discount code.”
“Love all the items we have received from you but i have one issue and that is why does the inside of any fleece things come off on your under clothes or fades onto my u undergarments really bad the king is all over my house and it’s really annoying to say the least. It’s my only issue and i order from u all the time, below i placed some pictures of all the orders i have placed and it was numerous, really love your clothes i just hate the lint that comes off the clothes….the material is sometimes horrible.”

They never wanted to give me a return label. I paid it myself to return the package. I filed a claim court for fraud against them. If other people are interested, contact me for a group action against them.

“I bought a load of goods for myself over Christmas. Half of them I had to return, partly because the items were of poor quality. The return process was going around in circles, absolute waste off time and money. I bought a night gown and it felt like somebody had not only just worn it, but had been lounging in it all night... I won't be buying again. Highly reluctant to even send my rejected items back, I don't think they can even manage a refund right. I won't be buying again and I suggest against it to anybody considering.”
“If you are thinking about buying their products, DONT! It is a total scam. I ordered on Black Friday and to this day haven’t received my order. I was told on December 18th to wait and once I waited they told me that the time for them to work on the order had passed. “I was expecting something ugly from these reviews but I ordered a skinny tux jacket & pants with a vest and bow tie. I am very pleased!! The only reason for not giving 5 starts is the suit is a little thin and not near as thick as a tux we rented also the pants I don’t believe are 34 in length. I ordered on Monday and I received it Thursday so the 3-4 day shipping I paid for was accurate. I am overall pleased. My son might get another suit form here.”
