“I placed an order on 1/9/22 that totaled $351. I received a notification 2 days later that half of my shipment was sent. I never received an email regarding the second half of the order. After weeks passed of not receiving my order, I contacted UPS and was told that the half of my order that was shipped was held in customs because boohooMAN never sent notification of the package. When I contacted boohooMAN for a refund, they only issued $131 for the half of the the order that was shipped and sent back to them from customs. To this day, I have never heard back about the second half of my order nor have they responded to any of my emails requesting them to refund the full amount of my order”
“The shirts and jackets fit true to size and look like what’s shown on the website. However, the pants fit two sizes too small. I ordered two pairs of pants at size 44 waste, and as soon as I took them out of the bag I knew they were way smaller than a 44. I even checked the size charts on the site multiple times to ensure that the sizes would be true. Pretty crappy.”

This is disgraceful. There can be no excuses. You try to buy something 10 seconds after receiving an email or notification for special offer etc but as soon as it comes to checkout the offer isn’t valid for some reasons.
Boohooman is cutting their own feet because of systematic lies and manipulations. I probably won’t shop from these crooks anymore.

“Terrible company. USA delivery is 8-10 business days. Every order I’ve made ( 10 + orders ) have been delivered over 2 weeks, usually a whole month late. Only order from BoohooMAN if you want low quality clothing delivered very late.”
