“MUS103489055 I never recorded what I ordered. I received a different order. The customer service just played around with me. Always a different person replying asking questions already answered !! They never wanted to give me a return label. I paid it myself to return the package. I filed a claim court for fraud against them. If other people are interested, contact me for a group action against them. This website is just a SCAM !”

“I bought a load of goods for myself over Christmas. Half of them I had to return, partly because the items were of poor quality. The return process was going around in circles, absolute waste off time and money. I bought a night gown and it felt like somebody had not only just worn it, but had been lounging in it all night... I won't be buying again. Highly reluctant to even send my rejected items back, I don't think they can even manage a refund right. I won't be buying again and I suggest against it to anybody considering.”

“If you are thinking about buying their products, DONT! It is a total scam. I ordered on Black Friday and to this day haven’t received my order. I was told on December 18th to wait and once I waited they told me that the time for them to work on the order had passed. They disconnected all lines of communication, mail and WhatsApp and now I lost the money I spent. Do not fall for their scams !!”

“Bought the brown corduroy jacket. Product looks nothing like the image, has a faded washed out brown color and looks like it’s made from cheap material. The fact that their app shows no reviews is a big red flag.”

“I was expecting something ugly from these reviews but I ordered a skinny tux jacket & pants with a vest and bow tie. I am very pleased!! The only reason for not giving 5 starts is the suit is a little thin and not near as thick as a tux we rented also the pants I don’t believe are 34 in length. I ordered on Monday and I received it Thursday so the 3-4 day shipping I paid for was accurate. I am overall pleased. My son might get another suit form here.”

“I ordered xtra large due to reviews, I normally wear a large. It fit like a small. Not one shirt fit me! Beware! One of the shirts was repackaged and smelled like smoke!”

“I placed an order on 1/9/22 that totaled $351. I received a notification 2 days later that half of my shipment was sent. I never received an email regarding the second half of the order. After weeks passed of not receiving my order, I contacted UPS and was told that the half of my order that was shipped was held in customs because boohooMAN never sent notification of the package. When I contacted boohooMAN for a refund, they only issued $131 for the half of the the order that was shipped and sent back to them from customs. To this day, I have never heard back about the second half of my order nor have they responded to any of my emails requesting them to refund the full amount of my order”

“The shirts and jackets fit true to size and look like what’s shown on the website. However, the pants fit two sizes too small. I ordered two pairs of pants at size 44 waste, and as soon as I took them out of the bag I knew they were way smaller than a 44. I even checked the size charts on the site multiple times to ensure that the sizes would be true. Pretty crappy.”

“They systematically lie about their offers and prices just to lure you in but you only to find out the truth when it comes to checkout. This is disgraceful. There can be no excuses. You try to buy something 10 seconds after receiving an email or notification for special offer etc but as soon as it comes to checkout the offer isn’t valid for some reasons. Boohooman is cutting their own feet because of systematic lies and manipulations. I probably won’t shop from these crooks anymore. Please don’t reply with your pathetic lies and excuses and how sorry you are because of my bad experiences. I know you’re game. Unfortunately, most punters will just ignore it and you will just about stay afloat.”

“They say the do big and tall but the length available is only regular. Like come on!!! So what happens to those with long legs. Its disappointing yet in regular sizes they have longer fits. Trying to get stuff for my hubby who is quite tall. Step up boohoo please.”
