“The sizing is a big issue delivery came on time 2 star for that but the product size is wrong texture is awful”

“Super customer unfriendly and borderlinescammy shop. I really advise everyone to NOT shop here no matter the styles or prices. Also do not wonder if you have read this review at another site, I am spreading my experience as a customer as wide as I can. After I cancelled my order the same day I placed it and the order was not processed AT ALL I got an answer by an employee that he can not do anything and I have to send the items back after I received it. 27 minutes later I get the confirmation email that my order has shipped out but apparently nobody in this company can stop an order which I did not want anymore ! This company made 226 millions last year and is acting like they are three people in awarehouse selling seldmade diy merch. Unbelievable.”

“The shipping was slow as hell.. they also kept rescheduling the shipping that ended up taking about a week. Once the clothes came everything from all the sides was too big. I ordered a medium the sizes do not match.. the material was also low quality! Would NEVER order from here!”

“This is the worst company ever!!!!! I made a purchase and also paid $13.99 (Express UPS 3-4 days), I still haven't received mine. I received a email from UPS about a $25 shipping fee that’s owed on the order funny thing is I paid the shipping fee on boohooMAN when I placed the order, I reached out to customer service they advised me to pay it and they’ll reimburse me. I paid and nothing shown. Nothing only that, my order still in transit (United Kingdom). I definitely don’t recommend this company they are NOT truthful nor are they reliable extreme lack of integrity with this company SHOP ELSEWHERE!”

“Boohooman is a total joke. I gave them the benefit of the debt to order from them the second time, before I had purchase three items from them and only received one item and email customer service about the issue. Lucky they refunded my money back. So the second time around I order a black polo - long sleeve shirt (Business Casual) once I received my order I received black pants !!! That's not what I had order. Worse Online Company !!! Scammers Don't Waste Your Money Or Even Think About Buying Anything, Because You're Going To Be Unsatisfied !!!!”

“Their shipping prices are a joke. They don't even offer free shipping no matter how much you spend. And 10$ for one item is insane. Where TF are you shipping from where it costs 10 dollars to ship a tshirt.”

“Whatever i order does not fit. I order 32 its small, then i order 34 its large and note that was the same fit in all the occasions so there is not excuse.”

“I ordered a jacket with a 4 day delivery time. It’s now 9 days and I haven’t received it. I think my problem (and maybe many others) are due to UPS couriers. It seems they have “tried” to deliver it twice.Their “tracking” page tells you very little except the day it might arrive. Why can’t I get an estimated time like many other companies can do? Looks like I’m going to miss it a third time!”

“Total joke, I will be sure to continue ordering big box stores. How u not honor a coupon. When I could return item and reorder ..ILL PASS ALTOGETHER...Stay far away from comp. I've had several employees reach out asking same questions still prob not rectified.. I never received an inbox. The company did respond but NO solution. Basically, in order to receive the discount I would have to place 2nd order and return the 1st one when or if I ever receive it. Total waste of my time and back in forth with Lindsay and Jack. Needless to say when I receive the shirt, I will return it expeditiously. I will shop else where, were customers are appreciated.”

“I ordered In April and the pants never came. When I checked out I updated my shipping address and the system default back to the old shipping. I was told they can’t cancel but updated the address with the parcel. According to the company an update was received may5th stating item was being returned due to an issue with the address but that’s false as well bc the other address placed was my old house so it would have still been delivered. I sent a chat and get told it’s delayed running behind. Then get told it’s returned but no one ever contacted me. They say they will only issue the item not shipping but they drop the ball.”

“If you pay for express shipping, you still won't get your order in the time frame expected. They give you the runaround and still don't help. If you expect your item for a certain time, order about a month in advance.”
