“Don't buy from this people they will take your money and don't even deliver even if you ask for refund they will keep pushing the date till you get tired , here is what they told me after they said I should wait till December 24 yet I paid for expedited delivery ( Thanks for confirming this for me James, I do appreciate that you would like a refund but this isn't something we are able to help with at the moment. As the tracking hasn't updated since the 18th of Dec we have raised an investigation with the courier to find out what has caused the delay and we need to allow some time for them to do an internal investigation and then get back to us. If your tracking hasn’t been updated or you haven’t heard from us by the 13th of Jan, please give us a shout and we will be able to take you through the next steps that we can take

“I Ordered 5 items from this company and only 1 item (which is a t-shirt is good. One outfit to go out in for a work event. My sweatpants ripped after 10-15 mins of wearing, they're a little big on me so them ripping as I'm getting ready to go out in them is a huge 👎🏾👎🏾. The other 3 items fit terribly. I saw the one star review and thought this company deserves a chance. I definitely regret ignoring the one star and purchasing from this company.”
“Boohooman’s size chart is a joke.
I‘m very short so it‘s very hard for me to find clothes that fit me. Normally XS or S are perfect for me (sometimes even M) so i ordered 3 T-shirts in size S and XS depending on what sizes were available. All of the T-shirts were way too big (at least size L).
Don‘t recommend.”

“The only reason I gave them a two is because I do love their clothes for the price. However, I’ve had multiple instances where my package was delayed for WEEKS and boohooMAN did nothing to help. All they were able to do is tell me to wait to see if it arrives. Then they offered me free express shipping on a future order.
Unfortunately, I won’t be making any future orders with them, because I’m tired of going through this with them.”
“NEGATIVE 5 STARS horrible products and horrible customer service. I bought 2 faux leather belts that fell apart after wearing them one time. I emailed BOOHOOMAN (they have no telephone to call.) They asked me to send in pictures. I replied with the pictures as requested. They said they never received them and redirected me back to the site where I first emailed them from. I even offered to ship them back at my expense and never heard back. You can't even review their products on their sites. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!”

“Their clothes aren't great quality but cheap enough to replace every couple of months as my son is 6.5ft so can't shop at regular stores. We have premium meaning next day delivery but the number of times they 'lose' the delivery is a joke. After this last time and having to wait weeks for a refund I won't ever be using them again. Its so hard to contact them the customer service is awful. They are an absolute joke! Avoid at all costs it's just not worth the headache”
“DO NOT buy from Boohoo man. Their sizes are as bad as their customer service. I ordered about 15 garments all XL...What I got was a small Large at best, some would only be Medium. The most inconsistent and untrue sizing I've ever experienced. Have raised this issue with them on 2 occasions and still haven't heard back.”

Sure, we go through some returns(as the online shopping best goes; but the return process was easy and seamless). Though, overall we're supremely satisfied. I have been waiting to return items since August. I filled in the online form as per their webiste.
Customer services AGREED the return via email, as it was within the 28 day period and then did not provide a return label.
I have contacted customer services 5 times via email and they stopped responding, not even the decency to respond.

“I bought an item on this website, and it was way too small. Then i had to buy a refund label for 6$ (which is okay in my opinion), but they didn’t refund me my full 20$, they only refunded me 11$. So I literally paid 16$ for nothing. (10$ was shipping). That means, I paid 20$ and only got back 4$. Also, the product Quality was horrible and I really don’t recommend it.”

However, Boohooman needs a conversion size chart in the U.S versus their UK size chart. There is no way these shirts are true to size. I ordered 3 oversized M graphic shirts. Gave my height and weight to the sizing chart and they recommended a Medium. When I received my items, all 3 shirts were labeled a medium but were definitely a 2XL in reality. People should be sizing down instead of up with these confusing sizes.”
