“I do not like to give low reviews, but I must be honest. First, despite what I read and expected, I was not given any sort of shipping update after the payment went through. This was frustrating. When I received the shipment (from HarperCollins Publishers), it was 7 books short of the 25 I had ordered and paid for. Since I received it on the weekend, I sent an email to BookPal about the shortage. I waited a few days and heard nothing back. I finally called HarperCollins Publishers and received the rest of my shipment a couple of weeks later. It was not the smoothest process. The books that I received were brand new, and I was pleased with them.”

“Shipped to the billing address, not shipping address. Failed to inform me when one of my books wasn’t shipped. Instead, I had to call twice to find out why my shipment lacked a book.”

“Confirmed stock, sent a quote and then after multiple inquiries from us to them we learned the books were out of stock. Very disappointed in the time it took to get answers.”

Availability of titles can fluctuate constantly and we do our best to keep our website and customers updated, though we admit that it is difficult with a catalog of millions of titles. “We ordered 4 titles, you shipped them separately, but invoiced in only one document. This split shipping caused problems on customs, this books had final destination Peru. We still can't get them all out from customs.”
