Never again! Ordered two class sets of books in mid-June. First set was finally sent out near end of July. It is now trapped at Canada-USA border has I have to have "broker." I cancelled the second set due to the time frame it was taking and the headaches I was dealing with. I paid $60 in shipping to the company. Now UPS is telling me I have to pay another $95. Meanwhile it is mid-August, the package is still at the Ontario border, and I'm still dealing with headaches. I will NEVER order from this company again. They said they were set up to easily shio to Canada; they obviously aren't.

Took too long for delivery If, we were in Vietnam- all of us would have been put in "harms way". Use 'Common Sense' next time. Your parents would not like this report card!

I ordered “The Light Within” by Ainsley Earhardt on June 12, 2020. The money was taken from my account immediately, but to date I STILL have not received the book. This kind of service not only reflects badly on you as a company but also reflects badly on the author for choosing you to handle the sale of her books. I have written to you concerning this matter and am still waiting for your reply.

Horrible. Ordered a book that went along with a signing. They called the day of and said my card was not accepted and I wouldn’t get it without another form of payment when I only have one card. A week later they pull the money out of nowhere and it wasn’t until weeks after that I seen the book. No emails, no calls or updates. The Time I decided to finally write them an email they respond back with two sentences that was very undescriptive. I will not be recommending to anybody to go through you guys.

I was very unsatisfied. Yes, I received my book orders in good condition and in a timely manner, BUT, when I checked my UPS delivery option, I was under the impression that it was the one time fee (around 26$). Then, I was told that my book order was being held in customs and would have to pay customs fees of $82. This was never indicated at time of purchase and if I didn't pay the fee, my books would just stay in customs forever and I would have spent all my money for nothing. I emailed twice to Bookpal regarding this issue, asking that they cover the fee since it was never indicated at time of purchase and I would have never agreed to pay a shipping fee of over $110 for 25 paperback books. Nobody has responded to me at all. I would never recommend Book pal.

While we have no control over the duties and tax fees charged at customs by Canada, We completely understand why you are frustrated about not being informed upfront. We're working towards a better way to notify customers about these fees earlier on in the order process.

Terrible. I wanted to process 2 orders and then I received email that books are out of print. But this after I already processed and paid for the books. Absolutely terrible. Do not recommend.

Thank you for your honesty. I'm sorry to hear that these products were not up-to-date on our website. That is a pain! We are working to improve this for all of our titles. Also, when placing an order on our website with a credit card, it puts a hold for the order amount but the card is not charged until the order is invoiced. Placed my $500 order and was canceled the next day due to lame excuse that oh this is out of print. WEll it was available on your site -you took my money. What a scam company. Very disappointed. I will order elsewhere. Scott
