“Experience with BookPal was fine. I ordered a signed copy of “I Hope This Helps” and mine came unsigned. Not that big of a deal but I did have to wait a long time to receive it.”

“BookPal had some issues with communication when it came to putting together an event for an author. The event got pushed back because of COVID19 (totally understandable) but the rescheduled event wasn't clear. I bought the book through BookPal with the promise of having an intimate signing event with the author. Only the people that bought the book (presale) got to go the event. They never sent an update or when the event was rescheduled. I saw a post that online from someone else and it had passed. Never got an email from BookPal.”

“Book pal sent me my book very fast, and book itself very good quality. But giving 4 instead of 5 stars because initial purchase through mobile site very difficult; I would have given up trying to buy book if I was not such a fan of the author. Site kept redirecting me to other pages and popping up other book advertisements so much that experience very frustrating. I think it’s a miracle that I ever got mobile site to ever allow me to complete purchase, and I do wonder how many other fans of the author did give up trying to purchase bc site so messed up.”

“whole boxes of 1 title needed 1 or 2 times yearly but more often 1-5 copies needed. What is the minimum quantity required per title? What is the minimum # of total copies required for an order of multiple titles?”

“Outstanding customer service. Fast shipping. Great pricing. A handful of books came with small tears or bent covers but since they were extra copies we did not return. WP Elementary School 450 copies of Masterpiece”
