“I went through the IU Bookstore website which lead me to find this being the best text book sell/buy place compared to many others. It was a very easy process and I didn’t honestly know if they would give me a reasonable price back but they gave me exactly what I wanted. Now my books were in pretty good condition, not perfect perfect but pretty good, and they were able to pay me what they said so that was super nice. Definitely recommend using BooksRun!!”

“I am so disappointed in this experience! Not only was the initial offer for the books that I was giving very low, but when my books arrived, it was even less! For no reason at all! Every book they received was in excellent, like new condition! I will probably never do this again!”

We’re very sorry to hear that your buyback experience was so disappointing. We understand how frustrating it must be to receive a lower final payout than the original offer, especially when you believed your books were in excellent condition. We sincerely apologize for the frustration this caused and appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention. Our support team will reach out to you shortly to review your order and provide further clarification. – BooksRun Team
