“I wish I had a better experience. The book took over a month to get to me, and then it was not the edition I had ordered. I need the 3rd edition specifically for my work project, and I was sent the 2nd edition. I am having a hard time finding the original order to know if that part was my error or not, but the fact that it took a month to arrive (and for me to see it was the wrong edition) is a problem. The condition of the book was pretty rough as well. I will not use Books run again.”

“I was not pleased with customer service because they would not solve a problem that was solvable. And when I tried to order a replacement it was not in stock. I canceled the order, refused shipment on receipt and bought it elsewhere.”
