“Excellent service all round. The book I purchased was excellent value and was exactly as described in terms of condition. The speed of delivery was incredible - I live in the UK. I would highly recommend purchasing from this business due to the high quality of the service.”

“I did receive my books. Most of them were delivered okay, and they were all in pretty good condition, but at least one of them took a full week before they even issued a shipping label, let alone sent it out. Having been given a heads up regarding the length of time for that particular vendor would have been nice. Otherwise, I will continue to use BooksRun for any textbook needs that I have.”

“The book arrived in a timely fashion. I was happy to not have to pay a delivery fee. On a previous order (my first one with BooksRun) I provided an incorrect apartment number for delivery and the item was delivered to the wrong recipient who discarded the package. Nevertheless, BooksRun refunded me for my "stolen book." I was impressed by that, so I set up an account with BooksRun and re-ordered the book which arrived the other day.”

“Book was listed as very good. I don't know what the standards are for your site or AbeBooks (where I purchased it), but it was not very good according to Ebay standards. A page came bent from top to bottom. I do not have a picture of this because I managed to straighten it enough that I can't find it. Top corner of the cover and all the pages are bent slight forward. It is possible if not likely that the damage could have been prevented by the book having had more protective packaging, but some spots look suspiciously like water damage. In case it's a shipping issue and the book was shipped in nice condition, I'm giving two stars instead of one. Was shipped in a timely manner. Could have used more protection perhaps, but was comparable to other sellers who I also get bumped up books from.”
