“Super easy process. I submitted my book, printed my shipping label and mailed it off and got paid within about 10 days. Easy peasy. Wish I hadn't let the book sit on my desk for over a year. Ha! I had no idea it was that easy.”

“Books Run doesn’t allow you to adjust the condition of the book like they previously did. You could change the condition from ‘good’ to ‘like new’ and that option is non working on the site.”

“App is very easy to navigate but each time I use it it adds the insurance cost when I go in an double check the buyback. I never want the insurance but it auto fills and I get surprised to see it on final page once I submit the order”

“Generally, the process of scanning the books is good and fast. The problem that I have had lately is that when I tried to put in a promo code for a bonus on my cell back, Books, the app gets hung up. My last order was for $130, but I ended up not getting the Easter 5% because the app got glitchy and got hung up. I missed out on around seven dollars.”
