“Rented a textbook and returned it on time in good condition. Got charged $125 for damages. There were no tears or anything, just some creasing around edges. These are the photos they sent to show "damage"”

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how upsetting it must be to receive a damage charge after returning the textbook on time and in good condition. We sincerely apologize for the frustration this has caused and appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention. Our support team will reach out to you shortly to review the damage assessment and assist you further. – BooksRun Team
