“I sold five orders (boxes) of textbooks to BooksRun, and it was mostly a good experience. They're not super fast about processing book orders and checks, but if you're patient the checks do show up. Of the five boxes of books I sent, I've been paid in full for four of them. The USPS seems to have lost the fifth one--there are no tracking updates after my local post office received it--but that is not the fault of BooksRun and I've initiated a missing mail search. I was not paid very much--often less than 40 cents each--for several of the books I sold to BooksRun, but I do understand that they still have to make a profit after paying for shipping and processing of said books. Other books were valued much higher, and if I'm sending them an order anyway, I would rather books get used again by someone versus ending up in the landfill. Be aware that if you have a lot of books to sell back, they will not pay to ship more than three orders until they have processed one of your orders and verified that you followed their process and that your books are in the condition that they should be. Again, working with BooksRun requires some patience. Overall, their website and sell-back process are pretty straightforward, they pay for shipping your books to them--provide a QR code to get a pre-paid shipping label--and if you're patient you do get paid the amount agreed. Also, they offered more for my books, on average, than other companies I looked into. If I had more stacks of books to sell I would probably use them again.”

“Very high tech and useful platform that came in handy during my decision to sale my college textbooks I bought 2 years ago during my college courses I had no more use for them and did not want them to be destroyed just laying around and the school would only accept them back during certain end of the semesters Thank to BooksRun.com I was able to safely sale my books and they sent me a check in the mail for my books. The process was very simple and didn’t take a lot of time. Thank you for your services”
