“Wish there was a way to keep the list of entered books in account, that if you are trying to pack books well and a particular book made a good fit, you could add it to the trade. Low income, low tech, so working from laptop and each item ISBN needs to be re-entered each time. Have always taken good care of books. Wish there was a way to get better return on books.”

“I've sent several shipment of books over the past week--culling our collection. The quoted price was lower but mostly because I had so many I forgot what I was shipping, so some books didn't make it. Thing is, books I didn't mention DID make it and I didn't get credit for them. It's my fault but absolutely: document what you send and keep it uniform.”

“Very impressed! I just typed in the ISBN number for all the books I was going to give away. I got a shipping label, and a week later, I had the money in the bank. Great experience all around. Highly recommend.”

“Quick, easy and honest. My own request would be: a better way to adjust shipping weight on shipping label. Book weights are are not always correct. Sometimes the shipping weight shown on printed shipping label is less than the total weight of packaged book or books”

“BooksRun.com is an ethical and reliable company to sell used books ; they keep users aware of where the books are in the offer process ; on the few occasions where they declined to purchase or adjusted the price offered for books I attempted to sell they sent cogent reasons why with photographs ; you can accept the reasoning or request the book [s] returned . They are more likely to offer free postage by US Mail , at least in my experience rather than FedEx , but process trades quickly .A dependable efficient company”
