“BooksRun is easy to use, but I was disappointed with my recent buyback experience. The quoted price was reduced after they received my books, even though the books were in very good condition. One book was rejected completely because it was identified as an instructor’s copy. Customer service responded to my concerns, but I wish the pricing and return process were more flexible and transparent. Overall, the service is convenient, but sellers should be prepared for the final payment to be lower than the original quote.”

“This is my second time selling back books and it went as easily and fast as the first. I would also recommend that if you don't like the price they're currently offering for your book, check again a bit later, especially if it's during the summer break. The book I sold was originally priced really, really low- probably because they had enough stock on hand. But I checked closer to the beginning of fall quarter and the value of my book had increased quite a bit so I sold it. I've also had really great experiences buying books from them as well.”

“Booksrun is my favorite company to work with for books. They pay in a timely matter.I have never had to email them about my payments. Whenever I go book scanning I always check to see what they pay for a book and it is usually the highest paid that's why I use them for 95% of my book sales. Thank you Booksrun”
