The butterfly didnโ€™t fly out of the card nor did it fly went it was wound up again. Iโ€™m very disappointed and definitely not worth money!! I want my money back!

I ordered 8 business days ago. Haven't received anything in the mail. I chose the 3 to 5 business days. I was hoping to have it before valentine's day. Doesn't seem like that's gonna happen.

ITS A SCAM!!!!!! Paid for fast shipping and it never came. I emailed them and they said it should have been here and offered to send it out again???? No I want a full refund. Not another card that wonโ€™t come.

I made a mistake in the names I included (forgot To include lol) in message in the card. I emailed straight away and Will was able to cancel in in time before it reached the printers. Quick and professional response which saved the day and allowed me to include everyone in the birthday card. Which btw my friend loved along with her pop up unicorn and unicorn mood light. Will defo be using boomf again!!!!

My order didn't arrive , when i3 contacted Boomf they informed me that it had been returned to them, but they had failed to tell me. I was informed that they could not re-send it and if I wanted to re-order it, they could give me a 25% discount! There was absolutely no way that they could refund or re-send the card for me. Not great customer service for a very expensive card that never got there!

i placed an order almost 3 weeks ago and have not received the item. I emailed them and have not gotten a response. The last day I was able to track the item was 7 days ago and now there is no tracking information. the worst customer service ever.
