Looks like I'll be commenting the same post as everyone else! Ordered on January 30th for Valentine's day card and still haven't received it and it is the 12th of February! So disappointed won't fall for this scam again! Someone needs to report this site!!

I ordered 3 Boomf cards with animals inside. Absolutely nothing happened when the card was opened. Was pretty frustrating. The Boomf bomb we ordered was awesome! Popped right out! After posting a review customer service contacted me and helped me. Best customer service I have ever experienced! Thanks so much!

I’m currently on active orders for the Air Force and wanted to get my boyfriend a card and chocolate for Valentine’s Day but it’s now been 9 days with no updates... I’ve emailed them but haven’t received a response. I highly recommend not ordering from this website... I feel like I got scammed.

Utter rubbish. Promised delivery by a certain date, took my money. Missed date by a WHOLE WEEK. To make matters worse they sent chocolate with a best before date in DECEMBER 2019. It is now February! Disgusting.

I wish I had come across this site a while ago and see I am not the only one this has happened to. It is clear to see that this company should change their shipping strategy as it is clearly not effective. Ordered my card over 10 days ago and paid for 2-5 day shipping and still no sign of my order.

Ordered two cards. I got my boomf bomb in 4 days and I'm excited to see their reaction! I also ordeded cannon and hoping it'll arrive in the mail soon! Thank you and good luck to everyone!

Loved it 😁 Arrived very quickly by post Mums Birthday today 25/01/20 She peeled back the paper and we thought Oh Nooooooo Then Boomf! In your face lol Cube popped out and confetti all over 😂 Very clever design Have recommended u guys on Facebook 😘😘😘

Saw this company as an advertisement on my social media. Looked interesting and thought it would be nice to do for my fiances birthday... boy was I WRONG. They do not provide any helpful shipping information and do not offer much assistance. I alerted them I haven't received my order so they just reordered the gift after I told them the occasion has passed and I am still waiting on BOTH items to come. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone. Seems to be just a money pit. Very disappointing.

I wasn't sure at first how the Boomf Bomb worked. When my daughter pulled the tab back it was a bit slow to go off. It was OK the cube and confetti popped out but not with a great boom. Different but expensive.

Hi there. I very much hope you received the email following your order. Sometimes our emails get moved into SPAM boxes so it would be worth checking there as the are sent automatically for you once the order has been placed. Really hope you loved your Boomf order!

I placed an order on the 18th of December I still haven't received it, it's 13rd of January. I was told the previous order was probably misplaced so they placed a new order. I asked them now much time it'll take once it's shipped they said it'll take upto 2 weeks. It clearly says it takes 6-9 days to be delivered once shipped , will never place an order from boomf again.

Although our delivery service is usually very reliable, there is always a very small chance of orders being delayed or lost altogether. Ordered a boomf and it never came. Emailed and called just to receive an apology and no real action. I Commented on their post suggesting people should read these reviews before considering buying their products and my comment was deleted. Trying to hide the fact that this company has absolutely horrible service. Don’t bother buying anything from boomf unless you want to throw your money away.

yesterday i ordered a wild card but accidentally chose the wrong shipping method. I made and ordered a new card today. I wanted to cancel the previous one, but that seems to be impossible, while the terms of condition state that it can be canceled if the card has not yet been sent. I have sent an email but unfortunately due to the crowds it cannot be answered on time. today I also received an email that they were both sent. too bad now I pay double ... maybe it is handy that if something is not possible it should not be put in the terms of condition. It’s been more than 7 days now n I still haven’t gotten my order and I payed extra for fast shipping I also haven’t receive my refund on the first purchase I was suppose to receive after contacting.
