“I ordered my boomf card on August 27 and I still haven’t received it. It’s already September 24 and I was supposed to receive it on the 12th. I cannot track it because it is just a standard delivery. I will not order again.”

“"i ordered a present for my boyfriend on August 9 for our anniversary . it is now August 30th and i still have yet to receive my package. and every time i go to track my package it says does not exist. The website says 8-12 shipping days after purchase depending on where u live. i live in the México and i was supposed to have my package days ago. i will not be ordering from this company again.”

“I ordered a boomf bomb cube with pictures but it’s did’t pop out . I sent an email to complain and costumer service offered me another cube but how can I re create the whole experience ????????? The surprise ?????????? And if they send me another with the same pictures what my grandma will do with two cubes ??????”

“The picture quality in cube was nice but the confetti did not pop up at all you were able to just handpick this in a stuck right out of the card once opened, so this didn't serve the purpose of getting it at all.”

“What a waste of money! Don't spend money on this people, just a gimmick that doesn't actually work. The confetti comes out in one big lump and the cube won't pop out unless you make it. If you do buy one, just make sure you buy a back up conventional card!!”

“The card that I have purchased for my husband's birthday did not pop when opened. It just basically made a mess of scattered confetti on the floor. Disappointing! I have dm'ed on Ig but no reply.”

“Very pleased, I ordered a confetti card. The process was easy, I downloaded all the images from my phone. My son opened it while watching tv with 5 housemates and I think It caused quite a stir! Delivery was very quick. Would definitely use again.”

“The product didn't work, and when I asked for a refund (through email) from the company, they stopped responding to me. Very disappointing, and not to mention the product fail ruined what was supposed to be a cute surprise. Avoid this company. Use one of the others with a product guarantee that they actually stand behind.”
