“Warning: Do not purchase! Ordered the card for Father's day and paid $30 for express delivery which was supposed to arrive 2 days ago. Needless to say, the item still has not arrived and the customer service has been unhelpful. I also contacted DHL and they were unable to locate the item. What a rip off! I should have read all the reviews prior to ordering, as it appears that others have had the same issues. What a disappointment!”

“Very disappointed with the card it is nothing like shown in video, does not explode on opening, only after you move confetti. This was for a 40th Birthday and was not a shock at all.”

“Ordered a card. They never sent it. I emailed. They never responded. For me, out of site out of mind but come to find out the recipient never received it and the company won't do anything. They will not make it right.”

“I ordered this as gift for my Fiance's birthday and it said it was being shipped out on May 23rd. It is now June 6th, and i still have not received my package. I gave it ample time so i still have 4 days before the surprise. I emailed customer support and they said they refuse to pay for express delivery in order for the card to make it to me in time. Now i'm left looking like an fool having to order and pay for the $25 express delivery when the first original card may still come in the mail....”

“The item itself was nice. I had It expedited and it came within the 2-3 day promise and was shipped the next day it had been ordered since i missed the deadline. But it didnt pop open, pretty disappointing, had to literally pop it together herself. I ordered it for my daughter's friends and my daughter was excited to see her reaction...and so was I :(”
