My boyfriend's birthday was November 9th. I ordered his card almost 2 weeks in advance since they said tracked delivery was 2-5 days. It's now November 19th and still haven't received the card. So, if you plan on ordering from them order way in advanced.

I ordered a Boomf box in September. It is currently November and I have not received anything. I have given up trying to get my money back as their site does not provide any info on how to go about getting a refund. I do not recommend purchasing this product especially if you live outside of the UK/US.

I had ordered 2 boomf boxes and it has been over 3 week but none of them has articles yet. They were for a special ocassion but they have ruined it. It was such a waste of money! Never order in again and also spreading the word.

My order was created on 8 Oct and was told it will arrive by 12days, and it's 15 Nov today but still no news of my package. Emailed boomf but have yet to receive any help. :( feeling like I got scammed

I paid extra for the USA Domestic Tracked Shipping (cost about 3 dollars extra, and said 2-5 business days). Not only have I still not received the package that I ordered on November 3rd (9 days ago!), but I have sent a message to their FAQ email two days ago, and I still haven't gotten a response other than a "Thanks for your inquiry" email (just a confirmation reply). If I could give a zero star, I would. I am absolutely unsatisfied.

Not only did the package arrive late, but the confetti didn’t even pop out.. what a waste of money!! I’m super disappointed

Really disappointed , nearly £10 spent on a boomf card for a special occasion and didn’t even pop up , only good thing is pictures were right , won’t be ordering off here again 👎🏻

I ordered 3 weeks ago and it was supposed to be here by the 22nd but I still don’t have it. Ordered a 2nd one that’s supposed to be there by the persons birthday on the 28th but I don’t hold out much hope. I have ordered stuff from India with standard shipping and received it in 2 weeks but they Boomf basically tells me it’s my fault that it’s not here because I used standard shipping. No compassion for their customers. Never will order again, $20 lesson learned.

I ordered my boomf Sept 25, and have not received it yet and it’s now October 14. I even messaged boomf itself and they were pretty useless about looking into where my package is. Starting to think this whole company is just a scam and a money grab. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE !

Ordered one of their cubes after seeing they had upgraded their 'pop' and ours definitely worked! Nothing like hitting your little brother in the face for his 21st birthday! Thanks Boomf for him jump and for the speedy delivery too.

Made my friend's birthday... it's a brilliant idea. The pop was much bigger than I was expecting (as was her squeal!) and she loved all the photos on the card. Well done Boomf - it arrived the day after I ordered too. Will be using again. Highly recommend for something surprising and fun. J
