Turned up and the confetti just fell.out, no suprise for the receiver, disappointed with the cost when it didn't even work

I made an order on Monday 12/4/2021 for a birthday card to be delivered to an address in London today is 18/4/2022, their birthday was 18/4/2021 they have not received their Boomf card, what a huge disappointment

Would give zero if I could. Ordered on 31 March and still hasn’t arrived on 12 April. This is unacceptable for a business that depends on the post or other sorts of deliveries. It’s an expensive card so Boomf could have been more proactive informing of potential delays at the time of purchasing. That way I could have made an informed decision. Really not happy.

Rubbish rubbish rubbish I have tried a few to get hold of you I was so excited to buy one of your box bombs for 9.28 can you imagine how disappointed I was when I onky got a small box with no pictures and no happy birthday!!!!

It was ok once it popped with prompting ripped back like it said and didn’t go of had to tap the underneath but was good once popped

Parcel finally in my daughters possession. 2days late. Latest excuse by customer rep Sarah. “ they like to get the delivery out early (7 days) to avoid any delays, Please do not treat customers like idiots! A simple mistake was made when YOU received the order do not try and WAFFLE we customers prefer the truth. Refund of postage not good enough 😡ruined a lovely birthday surprise then LIED, Not Good
