Ordered a Canon for my sons 16th and I am very disappointed no confetti came out at all would not order again and would definitely not recommend waste of money

Poor never received what i ordered for valentines day, how do i get a refund as no email etc to get in touch. Very disappointed money was taken but nothing arrived too late now want my money back please

Dave, I am so sorry you have had trouble with your Boomf delivery. Looking at your order I can see there is no house or apartment number. Shocking! I ordered a Valentine’s Day card paid £9 for it and it never came... emailed and said I would like a refund now they are just ignoring me!

Megan, I am sorry to hear you had trouble with your Boomf delivery. We dispatched your gift on 7 Feb and it should have arrived within 3 working days! I can see you have been in contact with my colleague to resolve this. Could you please get back to us if you still have not received your gift. 💕 My apologies for delay in answering your email over Valentines day. We were working through a period of high correspondence. As such our response times extended to well beyond the targets we set ourselves.

⚠️Never buy from Boomf!!⚠️Your item will never arrive and you will have lost a lot of money in the process. All they'll give you is a discount for your next purchase, that I for one would never use. I've wasted my money and a lot of it. Would like my money back. Not impressed at all! ⚠️

I ordered 2 weeks in advance a exploding box together with wine and chocolates , only to be told two days before the delivery that they no longer have the wine and chocolates available. i now don't have time to reorder something for the birthday gift. I asked for a full refund but have had no reply. I am very disappointed and wont be ordering again from you.

What a scam! I ordered mine for Valentine's day, it was sent out on the 2nd and I still have NOT received it! This is absolutely unacceptable! I finally got a response saying it would be here on the 17th! Nope! Then another response saying it got lost in the mail!? Which is it!? I should of known it was too good to be true. I would like a response on what they're going to do.

I’m really upset I customized it for my boyfriend on Valentine’s Day and got the wrong order with wrong pictures. I’ve sent the company and email and on Instagram and have not heard from them. I’m really upset with this.

I emailed you a few days ago but haven't received a reply yet. There is no information as to how the bomb works so I opened one of them. I don't understand how the "confetti""works as one has to open the pack to find the "box" but by that time all the confetti is everywhere!! Am I missing something here?

Really bad service, when I ordered it said it would arrive within 3 working days, 8 days later I was still waiting it finally arrived (after Valentine’s Day) I messaged customer service and they didn’t even reply. The product it’s self wasn’t that great poor quality with only a hand full off confetti. Definitely not worth the money nothing special

Looking at your order I can see we dispatched in on time. 😔 However, as explained on our shipping pages we are currently experiencing delays with the delivery service due to COVID-19. We had asked people to allow just a few more days for delivery due to those circumstances. 💞

I was all excited to give my first boomf card watching his race when all the confetti came out,,,,, And what an absolute let down! There was confetti in there but nothing happened when he opened the box!

When opened it didn’t pop out. We had to pop it ourselves. Once squashed again and put back in it worked.

Well, it’s the day after Valentines Day and still nothing has arrived despite ordering a card and gift over a week ago for my mrs. It’s no good ordering items for a specific day when they don’t arrive on time....or not at all in my case ! I’d give them a zero if there was the option to do so !!! First time I’ve used Boomf and certainly the last, very disappointing.....please refund me my money !

There was no explosion of confetti as the device did not activate as shown in the advert. Very poor product would not recommend it.
