First order and thought i would go for the flutter card. AWFUL!! Butterfly literally just fell on the floor?! Will never buy another!

So I ordered 3 cards for Valentine’s Day, one for my wife, daughter and son. The only one that turned up was the one for my daughter, i emailed Friday and had no response, so I also rang. Twice. Each time I was told I was 4th in the queue, then told I was second, then told to leave a message, to which there was no “tone” to leave a message, and as I said, this happened twice. So I paid £25 inc delivery for 3 cards and only received one for my daughter for Valentine’s Day, or so I thought.......so she opened the Boomf card, only to find the one for my son in there. It clearly says the intended recipient was Gracie, inside, it’s clearly for my son Charlie. So overall, the worse £25 I had ever parted with, £25 for 3 cards isn’t cheap, but Gracie really wanted one. What an absolute disaster.

I'm am so sorry with the issues surrounding your order however, having had a little look into this, I can see that we were not entirely at fault. We do hope that these gift were still thoroughly enjoyed nonetheless.🎉🎉🎉

Very disappointed with my purchase. I got my grandsons a gift box each, hardly any of the confetti exploded. Won’t buy again.

It's such a shame that you feel you need to say things like this. Usually, if a customer has not received an order they get in touch with customer services, but you haven't, so I'm guessing that your order did arrive. Not a scam after all!!😁😁🎉🎉😁😁🎉🎉

Didn’t even get delivered l. Have no idea where it has went. Completely late for Valentine’s Day even after paying extra money for the fastest delivery option over 7 business days ago and still had not arrived. Thanks for a waste of money and time. Do not use this service.
