Ordered an exploding card for my husband for Valentine’s Day. Never arrived. No one replying from boomf to address my complaint or request for a refund. Not happy. Won’t be using them again!

😔😔This is such a shame. We did communicate and we did mange to get this resolved. Again we are extremely so with the issues that surrounded your order. 🎉😔🎉

Ordered in plenty of time based on your quoted delivery time (even taking account of your message about Post Office delays). The birthday is now passed & no card arrived

Received someone else’s order. Imagine my disappointment when my fiancé opened someone else’s private message meant for Valentine’s Day. Would not recommend this company. If you’re going to specialize in personalized orders invest in better quality checking before you ship out the product!!

Poor. In one word poor, because it didn't go boomf! Such a let down and disappointment and really not what it showed on the online advertisements. Complete waste of money in my opinion. An apology/refund would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Disappointed! It’s didn’t work properly so my daughter who’s 4 starting playing with my husbands card and then worked better. Not the big surprise I wanted.

item was obviously damaged and faulty, tab inside box which activates the pop box was missing, and still sent anyway. it would not have worked, ever, yet whomever assembled the package sent it anyway. When my wife opened the package on St. Valentines day and it did absolutely nothing the disappointment was soul destroying. Non existent quality control has ruined what would have been a perfectly lovely day. Complete rubbish.

I was very disappointed with the item I purchased. There was around 10 pieces of small confetti in it and it did not pop!
