Very disappointing. Didn't go off until I intervened and spoiled the Boomf moment.

Ordered in plenty of time for my son's birthday but a day after his birthday it still hasn't arrived. It cost almost £10 too.Wouldnt use again

Despite placing my order with sufficient time, my friend only received her card and not the gift set I'd also ordered. The butterfly didn't flutter out of her card either - on the whole not happy!!! I can't really complete your form as the questions are irrelevant for me.

Purchased fluttering butterfly for my daughters 18th birthday, we excitingly waited for her to open the card and we're disappointed when the butterfly flopped out onto the table.

Really disappointed with this , opened the card and the butterfly had broke so must had been broken before even been shipped which is a shame a lot of money for nothing

If I could give a 0 I would. My daughter in law sent me flowers for Mother’s Day that I received on Saturday. The Boomf didn’t work, more of a damp squib. As soon as I opened the box I could see the poor quality of the flowers. The leaves were yellowing and the edges of the tulips were already dying. By Monday morning (not even 48 hours) the flowers were dead. I am a florist so I know what I am talking about. The box was also squashed. No value for money at all

Absolutely disappointed because I never received the card and also emailed asking why I haven’t received the order never got a reply I feel that I have been robbed £10 for a card I never received
