Didn’t even get delivered l. Have no idea where it has went. Completely late for Valentine’s Day even after paying extra money for the fastest delivery option over 7 business days ago and still had not arrived. Thanks for a waste of money and time. Do not use this service.

Daughter opened it for valentines and it didn't even pop open petals just sitting there extremely disappointed complete waste of money

I ordered my Card: 4G3GEE23 unfortunately the card has been swapped. I gave it to my fiancé on. Valentine’s Day, thinking that there will be our photos and on the box he opened it said "i love you Sophie" How could you mixed a personalized gift. So disappointed!!!!!!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I am so sorry to hear this Sandra! All of our gifts are hand-made, as such there can be some chance of human error in the packaging & dispatch process. Please know that this is an extremely rare occurrence. I can see you have been in touch with our customer service team. Hopefully, they have resolved this for you in a way that made you smile 🙂🥰

Waste of money! Not like the advert videos you see at all! A few bits of confetti just fell out and the rest stayed in the place! Total let down, really disappointed.

Absolutely disgusted that I received the wrong card and my card will have been sent to someone else with my pictures on. Words I would never say on the card which is upsetting

The pop up picture box would’ve been a very sweet valentines gift from my boyfriend...except that the pictures were of a different couple. His name and address were on the shipping envelope, but it was another couples’ pictures and personalized message on the box inside

The card was nice as expected but the butterfly was a big let down as the elastic band was snapped and it just fell on the floor instead of taking off like in the advert. Won’t be buying again.

All the hearts were supposed to pop out of the box as shown on the advert, however when the envelope was opened they were laying in the bottom. Will not use this service again
