Very underwhelming! Bought for my son’s lockdown 18th birthday. Unfortunately when he pulled the tab, the picture popped up, but no confetti! The confetti appeared to be clumped together in between the 2 pieces of card and didn’t move! On the marketing videos these cannon cards look great, bit in real life, very disappointing!

I ordered mine in plenty of time to arrive today the day before valentine's day which falls on a sunday this year and it's not arrived it wont turn up tomorrow as its sunday so I will be expecting a refund and I wont be using boomf again

Ordered a valentines card for valentines on the 7th February and it still hasn’t arrived on the 13th. When I click on the track order link it doesn’t show me anything which is very disappointing. I’ve also tried messaging someone on Twitter with my order number but no reply. Awful service especially as I wanted the card for valentines

Ordered a valentines card for my partner a week ago, still not here and we’ve had our post today so it’s not coming in time now so that was a waste of almost £10 what a joke, wouldn’t even give them 1 star, would not recommend or use again 🤬

Terrible experience. I purchased a Valentine’s Day box for my wife personalised with a picture of us both and a message. Problem was it came with another couples photo on it!!! I also ordered cards for my children and they all came with the delivery address on and no names on the outside so couldn’t tell who’s was who’s. Absolute shambles!

I ordered the surprise box for my Daughter and THERE WAS NO SURPRISE!!! It didnt work, nothing happened. I've even recorded the moment (or lack of). I can't even begin to express the disappointment . . . . . . . 🤢 I've requested a refund and nobody has come back to me....
