Ordered 3 items on same day. 1 delivered one day, another delivered day later third item not delivered at all 5 days later. No response when emailing.

It didn’t work. I sent it to my parents for Valentine’s Day and set up a zoom call to watch them open it and it did nothing. Really gutting.

Ordered on the 8th I in plenty of time for valentines I thought. I thought wrong! nothing received hence poor revue. Glad I ordered alternative elsewhere which DID get delivered on time. Won't use boom again They can BOOMF off!

Zero Stars!!! What can I say!!! But ......... still waiting for order to arrive....... over a week!! The so called ‘boomf’ was for Valentines!!! Obviously quick to take me money but not quick in delivering!!! Told on the 8th it’s on its way......?.......to where not to me it isn’t!!!! Not Happy..........!

Order hasn’t arrived in time for Valentine’s Day. Ordered it well in advance and if they weren’t able to get it to me for Valentine’s Day why advertise. Total waste of money

Poor from me. Bought as valentines surprise but it did not ‘bomb’ or ‘explode’ out of the box! I had to physically Chuck the confetti out for the box to pop out. Very disappointed. Will not buy again.

I ordered a Boomf pop up box and confetti for a freind of mine, I told her boyfriend I'd done it coz it was to my BFF,, and he wasn't bothered,, imagine to my surprise, he copied me after I'd shown him your site,, he must of ordered at least 2/3 day after me,, she got her box of him 3 days later,, mines just disappeared , which is bloody embarrassing as I've had to tell her I ordered 1st ,,
