Does a good job at boosting, although the prices are a bit expensive.

Started off great but was harder to find a time that worked for both the booster and myself since I asked for duo, so it ended up taking a bit longer than I would have thought. Booster seemed to have anger management issues ingame as he would regularly get frustrated. I eventually got the rank I wanted so Im happy about that, it's just there were a few things that could have made the experience better.

Service was fast and easy, however the player changed all of my crosshairs, even on the heroes they weren’t playing which was super annoying going back and changing them all.

Hello there and thank you for your review. In order to perform well on your account, boosters need to adapt the settings to their needs. This is simply a part of boosting. However, Norman should have changed those crosshairs back but he must have forgotten. I apologize for that. The booster was super nice and did everything I asked.. Only won 2 out of the 5 games which kinda sucks but overall great

Hello! Sorry to hear that only 2 placement games were won out of 5 on your Overwatch account. However, your MMR is Grandmaster, therefore, the games can be quite random and your booster has won less games than she wanted to. This is, sadly, not unusual because on a sample of only 5 games in Grandmaster results can sometimes be unsatisfying, which is exactly why we don't guarantee any win-rate when boosting Grandmaster placements. Didnt play any of the champions i wanted them to play they did though give me 1 free win after but i still wish that they played what i asked for since this still will show on the match history.

Good service once the booster starts his work - but took a long time to assign a booster, and I paid extra money for 'express' service. Note; although it was easter weekend, they specifically had an easter deal on, so.......

Very happy with the boosters, in general flexible and nice people. BUT the customer service, this guy called "John" in particular, is one of the most unproffesional and rude customer service people i have ever had to deal with. So because of that, 3 stars.

It should be really mentioned in the FAQ that if you happen to disconnect at the start of the match, therefore you lose rating and get locked out for a set amount of time, you have to REBUY the lost sr!

Dear Hayden, Firstly, I want to say that I am truly sorry about your suspension. Our boosters use VPN services to try and mitigate the bans but sadly some accounts still get caught - that's the risk every customer faces when purchasing solo boosting. As we've outlined in the Terms of Service, we cannot compensate for MMR boosting bans - solely because it's out of our power, it depends on how well Riot catches boosted accounts every season. If you have a reason to believe our booster did not do everything in his best efforts to minimize the risk of the ban, please let me know and I will open an investigation for you. However, I am prepared to give you a great discount on DUO boosting (no chance of ban) placements whenever you're ready, preseason or Season 9. The placement games i bought were finished as 9/1, friendly booster. He legit carried every single game. However he did duoq through all games with someone around gold 5 elo even tho I asked him to solo, that made it pretty impossible to not get placed higher than around that elo.

The initial games in duo were done with another booster in the same MMR as you. As soon as you requested the booster to play solo, he did like you said and went solo. I discussed with my team and sadly the Gold 5 was a realistic placement for your account that started with Silver MMR.
