Hi, i'm an ex employee of this site and I just wanna prove to you that the admin "John" lets cheaters play the order without firing them just because they're capable of finishing orders with cheats, here is a screenshot of me, informing him about a cheater: https://prnt.sc/1adktpf - He wasn't sure if he's cheating or not, days later the booster got banned and fired from another big site, I informed John about this and his answer was: https://prnt.sc/1adl0sx The guy is still playing orders, with cheats! And the owner of the site is letting him do this, honestly, I wouldn't recommend you buying service here! Becareful. The admin also asks his employees to leave good reviews on the site, so most of the reviews here is fake: https://prnt.sc/1adl9qy - https://prnt.sc/1adldjd (And this is how I'm leaving a review on this site) Update: He also threatened me to get me out of a site im working on, charge me back for the orders I did for him (steal) - if I didn't remove the reviews: https://prnt.sc/1a016eu Here is a situation where I was working on an order but I had to drop it (then the cheater on Boosting Factory took it and finished the order): Days later I got a message from the client him telling me that he got banned: https://prnt.sc/1adlpf9 - I messaged the owner of the site about it and informed him that client got banned, instead of taking action against the cheater that's what he told me: https://prnt.sc/1adlw5i Here's a proof of another cheater who was playing order and got an account banned, he left him with the reason "i'll leave you but don't get accounts banned" meaning that he still leaves cheaters play orders! Very disgusting person: https://prnt.sc/1adm3hg Please be careful before putting your money this fraud, the risk of getting your account banned is very high and the victims aren't a single digit number!

I ordered Duo queue boosting service for Plat 2 -> Plat 1. The booster wasn't good so I lost games and dropped to Plat 3. Then, the booster rage quit without saying anything to me so I had to wait for him to come back for an hour thinking he would come back (-but he didn't). So, I contacted customer service for the refund. This guy 'John' from customer service was the rudest and unprofessional with huge ego I've ever seen of CS tries to play words with me to not give refund. He tried to blame me as saying, 'customer is underperforming and the booster is not magician'. I knew the booster is not the magician when he picked Master Yi at Plat~Diamond elo, ordered stupid calls, inted hard, fought teammates over chat, then rage quit. He's a human, too. I get it. But, what is the point of using boosting service if I perform well enough to carry myself? I know myself is not performing well these days since I failed and dropped from Diamond promos. This John from customer service is just horrible with attitude. He blames everything on me and he won't refund. Then, he blocked my email and the account from the site so that I can't claim back. So, I wrote bad reviews on some web sites, then this John replied on one of the web sites saying like, 'You suck and I can't give you full refund because you suck'. Yet, he still doesn't realize that he and I both agreed on the term that Duo queue boosting is harder than the solo queue boosting which is the reason I paid extra 60% of the price because we know duo queue needs more time and efforts. If he was going to blame customers for being bad at the game, why does he even run a boosting service? Nonsense. Boosting my rank to the desired tier is what he promised, and I paid for that service. If a merchant can't provide the merchandise he promised, he must give the money back to the customer. I even got dropped to the lower tier. This is disgusting. He said he would only give me a partial refund but it also hasn't even refunded yet. All in all, I've lost my money ($160.36) and I'm dropped to Plat 3. This scam business should be reported. Don't use this website, it's fraud.

Was worried this was all a scam at first, but then when I watched Syrax stream my order I realized this was real. They were the best DPS I have ever seen and was able to rank me up in a couple hours when I have been trying for months to do the same.

After contacting Activision they stated that they simply don't ban people who report things. After a review of my account no action was taken. I have informed them that this punk ass company cries wolf when you call them out on there bullshit. John on here is nothing but a liar and coward I contacted activision and notified them of this thief attempting to defraud the system NOW THEY ATTEMPTED TO SHUT MY ACTIVISION DOWN. THEY HAVE THREATENED TO HARM MEπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ THEY DONT DO THERE JOB AT ALL Not enough space here. So now they closed my account because of the 1 star review. They refuse to give me my full refund. Do not use this service. I have been threatened by John and he has called me retarded and tried to demean me.

Hello James, I would like to take this opportunity to provide an insight into a more truthful explanation of the events. You ordered Platinum to Diamond duo queue boosting for Overwatch. Our booster has attempted to play with you, however, our team has boosted you before from Bronze(!) and we had a hard time finding a booster who thought you had capabilities to reach Diamond. I did my best and found a brave booster to do so. The boosting didn't go well, your constant underperforming in games due to playing in several tiers higher than your starting tier has shown. As our Terms of Use state, when a client is underperforming, we offer him more boosters to make the order doable, convert to solo boosting or convert to Duo Per Game boosting. You chose the Per Game boosting where you had funds for 11 games. I still felt bad for you and awarded you with 2 extra free games(!). You continued underperforming which resulted in 5 wins and 8 losses. You were naturally unhappy and quite unreasonable when it comes to understanding that you may just not be good enough for Diamond. At this point, our booster has invested a couple of days into your order. You didn't appreciate our booster's time investment and thought that it's okay to play days on an order without being paid for it. This would be equal to slavery. I respect my team too much to let them go through that. We always try to accommodate our customers as much as possible but you're sadly one of the 1% that is impossible to reason with, and we wish to part ways with you. Good luck with your future endeavors.
very late delivery time , and imagine you chat with the guy he says yes we have boosters and we can deliver your order. when you place the order they stop responding to you in online chat , and when they do they will not tell you when you get the booster you have to wait there and see if someone comes by chance takes your order which in my case took about 3 days , and they didn't assign anyone unless i threatened them for a refund . and this company is somehow in connection with reviews.io and they got my previous review removed which was two star . Also when i was watching the order page for a good 12 hours for someone to take it , and the live support was online and not responding . i tried to reach them with another pc as another customer and they responded . so they're like :ignore this guy , let him wait . he likes that I have spent 1000 dollars with these guys and i regret every cent . Your order was for 10 placement matches, our booster did 9 wins and 1 loss which is a 90% win-rate. I've discussed the issue with your boosters and found out that this review cannot be true. Our employees are all Top 300 and have been working with us for many seasons. It is impossible that they struggled in Platinum Skill Rating. This screenshot of your account (names are hidden of course) confirms my hypothesis. Your boost was handled with a total of 14 wins and only 1 lost game. This does not sound like struggle to me but rather like a clean boost with 94% winrate. Not only that, you were granted an extra of 26 Skill Rating completely free.
