“Excellent quick delivery, packaging was undamaged and the product is amazing! The sound has a very good bass to it and in games, it certainly gives you an advantage as you can hear where opponents are coming from. I am very impressed with the comfort, you can hardly feel them, however after a long gaming session, my ears do get quite warm, due to the lack of airflow on them. Otherwise, very good product from a good company, will definitely use again.”

“Item worked for about a month, then developed an intermittent fault. Sometimes it doesn't turn on, sometimes it only turns on when the battery is allowed to drain, and sometimes it works fine. It is also painfully slow (even reading apps cause it to hiccup) but I expected that at the price. I hadn't kept a copy of the receipt, which only arrived as an email, and Box.com doesn't appear to have a record of my existence, so I couldn't get any help from them. I tried contacting the manufacturer but they differentiate between "hardware faults" (free to fix) and "mechanical damage" (I'd have to pay an unspecified amount). Given the cost of posting the thing to and fro, I decided to chalk it down to experience and use a local shop in the future.”
